Happy birthday, you should be using Ongoing Directive on a skill build, it’s the highest hitting turret drone build in the game and nobody has done a build video with it
@@AnYTimeGaming this is also a new take. On paper the highest hitting skill build will have 3 empress, 2 Hana Us and Waveform, glass cannon perfect combined arms. However for some weird reason as long as you have hollow point ammo on your weapon amplified damage also applies to turret and drone, this makes the strongest build be 2 Hana U and 4 OD with skill damage with glass cannon and Perfect combined arms and capacitor. This has the problem however of being too squishy and the capacitor having a small mag, so I strongly advise GR9 in sync, Scorpio, 4 pieces OD, memento and Wyvern Glass cannon. Try it you won’t be disappointed
@@elfmz I would say using kinetic momentum solves the glass cannon issue plus it's not far behind. Last time I tested on a video it was 4-5k less. The thing is do I need to get kills from the weapon or the skill kill can give Hollow Point ammo?
@@AnYTimeGaming kinetic momentum actually makes the skills hit harder with the memento since no other source of all skill damage is present, it’s just more fun to use glass cannon for the GR9 as well, you can run it with all directives since OD autogenerates ammo. I have used Kinetic momentum only for legendaries. Also obviously providing hollow point ammo to the whole group, OP build not scam bait at all 😜 PS: kinetic momentum is slighter lower than glass cannon when you use skill damage talents on the backpack such as combined arms or tech support

I think the Ongoing chest would be better. I love that extra 35% amplified damage
It's actually feels like it but it's not as I showed in the damage comparison.
