Stockton broke Spokane HS scoring record at the time. Rando averaged 27 ppg at Oak Hill. Beverley averaged…wait for it …37PPG IM CHICAGO. When was Bronny a dominant offensive player/scoring threat??? When was he even a decent offensive player on an organized team???

Bronny is an adult and he should not get a pass for going along with this.
He didn't need the money. That money didn't change his life in any way. He probably saved every penny of it. He has no expenses that he needed his NBA checks to cover.
He could have recognized the lack of integrity in all of this and chose to stay in college, chose to play overseas or told LA not to draft him and got on the team as an undrafted rookie.

He should have stayed in college. He is unlikely to make the NBA. Having watched some G League games, Bronny is terrible. He isn't even a top 5 player on his G League team. RP and KS should take some accountability for this mess. LeBron has put his legacy before his son! LeBron once said Bronny was good enough to play on the current Lakers team. What a direct or indirect disrespect that comment is to proven NBA players.

    • @yallmustveforgot

@yallmustveforgot with si much competition and people using their talent to eat and feed their family it is a shame Bronny is the casualty of LeBron's quest to surpass MJ#23. Bronny sadly retires when LeBron retires, which would be another first if LeBron wants the record of first father and son to retire at the same time. The concern is this is played out in public to millions of people and Bronny will live with this failure, not LeBron even though it is his dream. Bronny is probably just glad he is alive and so he should after his medical. LeBron and Rich Paul are using Bronny and the Lakers are using all of them. I can't even watch my team until LeBron retires. Buss should also go because she isn't following Dr Buss' vision.

Sports are different playboy. In sports, you're dealing with physicality, grit, hunger, who wants it more, and strength.
If I'm 6'6, have a 44 inch vertical, dribble like Kyrie, and dunk like MJ, and I've been grinding since middle school, and scoring 25-30ppg. Then the guy who scored 4ppg all his life gets drafted because of his dad. It's not the same as an owner giving his son a job in his business.
Working behind a desk doesn't require strength and hustle. You can be taught how to run a business. But u can't teach someone how to jump 44 inches in the air. You have to train your body to do it. A running back has to train and work hard to run that ball on the football field. U can't put a skinny nerd as a running back if he has never been on a football field.

By an amazing coincidence, the guaranteed 4 year contract that the #55 draft pick was given (and don't all late second round picks get guaranteed 4 year contracts?) pays him almost exactly the same amount as his daddy left on the table when he signed his new contract. It's almost as though daddy is paying his son's salary to relieve the team of that responsibility.

Bronny just needs to be on a different team, not the Lakers, to take the ropes and learn everything to be a basketball player and grow up on his own, and making his own decisions based on people's criticisms and advices.
He's taking bad advices from LeBron, Klutch Sports, Lakers management. He should've transferred to Duquesne University, or go to Australia.
LeBron and Bronny has made enemies with G-Leaguers that are trying to make it into the NBA, especially of those who spent 4 years in college. I'm a Big Ten guy, but I think Keisei Tominaga (of University of Nebraska with Pacers G-League team) and Boo Buie (of Northwestern in Knicks G-League team) would be better player to have in both G League and NBA compared to Bronny at this point.
