I bought a device :Red Light Therapy Device, Laser Pain Relief, Cold Laser Therapy for Deep Tissue Physiotherapy, Arthritis, Wound Healing, Health Care
Terminal laser output:

Time setting: 5/10/15/20 minute timer
I also have a semi-rupture of the Achilles tendon > 30%

Not much info on how and why to use laser such as movement speed, saturation of tissue, caution of light in eyes. This seem like a video of specific laser out of the box. How about the hows and why and even what the laser does to the tissue for healing.
