I absolutely loved watching every second of this video. Learning about the specialty coffees just as you learnt was fun. I especially want to try that turkish coffee recipe. p.s. Your moustache is absolutely perfect and I wish I could have it.
Just wait til you have Turkish coffee in Turkey! ☕️ it’s so interesting to see the professional way to make it, my Nene taught me to place it back on the heat twice so you’re essentially letting it boil three times and pouring in thirds ! :))
Thank you for the video! Actually, there are automatic Turkish coffee machines and nearly all of the cafes in Turkey using them, seeing that a cafe in Paris making Turkish coffee in the authentic way was a funny surprise 😅
@@ConnorDoesCoffee I love them actually :). They eliminate the need to constantly monitor the coffee as it brews, which you typically have to do with a traditional ibrik. Since Turkish coffee requires no pressure during brewing, the crucial factor is the gradual extraction of flavors from the finely ground coffee at a low temperature. Modern machines are equipped with temperature sensors and timers that simplify this process significantly. For me, an automatic machine works perfectly well. But preparing coffee in a traditional ibrik offers a more authentic experience, maybe.
Thanks for the new video. I wanted to ask you to show your guests/hosts from Paris cafes and during the writing, you showed one of them 😂 P.S. Thanks for the tip on how to brew Turkish coffee.
Hello! Thanks for a cool video. i saw a triple kind of deepening in your tablet after extraction (3:32 of video). is it ok for professional machines and portafiltres? I'm learning to make espresso at home and I'm just curious
Well I planned the trip out in advance and created a budget for the project. I filmed 10 different videos here for various platforms and across all of them have made a slight loss on it in total. But the fact that I can make any money from doing something I love is good enough for me!
You should turn this into a series! Explore more cities!
I would love too!
