  • In this video, I demonstrate how to unlock WiFi iPads using a DSCD cable to change the serial number.
    When an Apple device attempts to activate, it sends the serial number to Apple, who checks their list of iCloud Locked devices.
    If the serial number is in that list, then it is told it cannot pass and throws the Activation Lock Screen. When changing the serial number, you can make Apple believe its a device with Find My iPhone off, so it can be set up normally.
    This only works on WiFi devices, because devices that have cellular capabilities have a baseband chip. On devices with the baseband chip, the serial number as well as the IMEI are sent to Apple, and you can't spoof the IMEI with the DCSD and software used in this video. The only way to properly bypass an iPhone is to open up the device, de-solder the chip and put it into a chip reader, then manually write the info directly to the chip. In this process, the IMEI gets removed so you can bypass fine.

      It depends. This method isn’t widely popular, so probably not in the way I showed. If you decide to purchase a new Serial number, WiFi, Bluetooth, etc then you’re more likely to have it relooked because if the seller doesn’t take down the listing and mistakenly sends another person the same info you got, then it could potentially lock your device. But that’s only if they enabled Find My iPhone on their device. The best thing I recommend is to lock your new serial in my signing in to iCloud after you complete the unlock. That way, if someone else does somehow end up with your serial, they can’t use it because you have turned on Find My iPhone on your end.
      It’s a very complicated system, and I understand if you have confusion. It’s complicated because Serial numbers aren’t intended to be changed on iPads lol. Please ask any other questions that you have if any.

      @@edofnjGreat! I hope it works. Just keep in mind that for A7 devices and above you’ll need a new WiFi address and Bluetooth address. You can purchase them anywhere online, but I recommend from the xiOS service. euphoriatools.com/xios_serialorder/main/register.php
      The developer may send you instructions but you can choose to follow the instructions in this video or his. For applying the new WiFi and Bluetooth addresses, it’s the same way as the Serial number by just pasting it into the field in MagicCFG. Please don’t hesitate to ask more questions. Do ask before making a decision cause it could cost you more time if something wasn’t correct.

      @@alwaysappleftd ah so i cant use the address that are in the ipad? there are others methods for generate a fresh address?

      @@edofnj Yes. It’s only for devices with the A7 chip and newer that you have to get WiFi and Bluetooth. You can probably follow the same serial number method in this video to find an unlocked serial, but you must also get a new WiFi and Bluetooth address to make the unlock work.

    Can this work on iPods?

      Yes, this method will work on iPod touch’s because they are WiFi only devices. For any iPod above the 5, you will need a new WiFi address and Bluetooth address.

    How i can do it on windows

    • @alwaysappleftd
      @alwaysappleftd  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Use xiOS Purple Configurator for Windows. Then buy the same DCSD cable as explained. The iFreeiCloud site can be accessed from any web browser on Windows, and the restore part can be done with iTunes for Windows. Hope this helps. Please do any research if you need to.
