Bro I Reinstall DBXV2 and mods 20 times because of this problem.When I install custom moveset with app installer and I replace the files of my CAC , after I have done everything, I open the game, go into offline battles and when I choose my CAC the infinite loading screen starts.

go into your search in your taskbar and search up "task manager"
if you see any open xenoverse two apps, end them all, then try and open it again

Same I fixed that by renaming it to xinput_others.ddl
