- At overly long last, here it is. The updated tutorial on giving your custom time patroller a unique hairstyle when using any of the Super Saiyan transformations! PC and Switch only.

I find myself coming back to watch this video often to due to me playing around with hair types, thanks for the video it has helped a lot!
Protip for everyone: you can rename multiple files at once, in this case just replacing the numbers by selecting all the files you want to change the number and press F2, it will change them all at once and windows won't add a (1) etc as long as the file extensions (.emd etc) are different.
pro trick: you can watch movies on flixzone. Me and my gf have been using them for watching all kinds of movies these days.

is there any possible way to seperate transformation hair from different cacs? Example: lets say i have a CaC with a different hair. I transform into SSJ or whatever. And i have another cac with a different hair style so i want it to use a DIFFERENT hair style than the other CaC. Is that possible?

Is there anyways to add hairstyles without override anything(ex. When you create a character theres like 19 hairstyles, i want to add them without erasing the existing ones)

Change the number of the hairstyle you're adding to a number of one that doesn't exist already. Such as HUF_297_hair to HUF_002_hair (or 007, 015, 022, 023, 024, 026, 027, 029)

What if, say, I had 2 CACs and wanted one to have changing hair and the other not. In theory, would it just be possible to merely do the same thing, but install the non changing ones as well?

so I did it on my first CaC and it worked. I wanted to do the same for my female CaC, but It stays the same even for ssj3. Please I really need help for this. I did exactly the same thing. But it won't fork for the female.
whenever I try this the game will ask me to verify the cache files through steam (and I am opening it through the bin file, so no it's not because I am trying to open it in Steam) has anyone got a fix for this?
The mod works fine if I leave the hair to the default spiked version, it only seems to break the game when I overwrite the files for the hair in the data folder.
I am using files 002, 004 and 007

Hey, can you make one for the eyes, the super saiyan god form eye isn't really what the eye needs to be for a super saiyan god. Please make a video for the eyes.
they eye color actually has its OWN option in the skill editor next ti change hair color
What did you use in 1:20? is it also necessary for the mod to work?
The Eternity installer? Yes, it is necessary for the mod (and most mods) to work.

Okay this doesn’t really work for the female saiyan’s because a lot of their HUF files start at 248 on up so it interferes with the transformations, why do I do?
This was super helpful, but I do have one question. Is there a way to change the color of the hair when you transform? For instance if instead of gold when I go super saiyan it turns green or something like that.
Idk if you will reply but whenever I transform I transform into a hair I don't want to use but im like 99% sure I did the HUM's right and ive tried reinstalling with the new transformations reinstaller and it hasnt worked. PLS HELP

i tried to install it but hair doesn't change in ssj and ssj2! note that i only installed the New transformation installer.exe and not the transformations they gived in the zip file because i only want to play with vanilla ssj

Without any mods? Unfortunately, no. That texture doesn't appropriately scale to the size of female heads, so I don't believe that can be done without some sort of texture modding. Sorry.
So I have modded hair that replaced the base hair, can I just choose one of those still as my ss hair?

Hey sir , whenever I am asked to choose the game path on the xv2ins I've been getting this error "class std::basic-string_cdecl dlctostring(int); unkoiwn dlc 3" that is followed by 'Intcharlist failed" and Failed on char "yyyyyyyyyy" is there any fix for this?
The timing on this may have just been really bad. Bandai released new DLC (which updates the game regardless of whether or not you own it) yesterday. Whenever this happens, it breaks the Eternity Patcher and we lose the ability to run mods for a bit. Eternity usually has it updated within a few days, though it has been up to a week or two in the past. I'd keep an eye on the forum for an updated Patcher/Installer. If the problem continues after that, I'd be happy to try troubleshooting further with you.

mods dont work on console
Nate the gamer depends on what game and on xenoverse yes mods do work on console
I think it is a possibility to download it to a flash drive and download that content to the console
Only way to mod console is to install firmware.

is it possible to have multiple different hairstyles in one transformation, for example lets say I pick all saiyan forms (ssj1 - ssjBE) and I want to change the ssj2 style and then change ssjb style can I have two different hair styles for these if they are in the same transformations?
so it means that I need to buy all awaken skills before I can able to transform from super Saiyan to ultra instinct?

@@MrJollibee623 you’re welcome just search up how to install mods and watch the video with the rose thumbnail that’s what I used to install them, it might be annoying and tricky so yeah gotta have patience aaaand make sure you don’t use the transformations that give you moveset changes because that will freeze your pc when you try to load into a battle/pq trust me all day I dealt with that shit til I removed those mods but you can use the regular mod transformations (the ones that don’t change your characters moveset)

So I did all of this, but uhh... I cannot start my female saiyan slot anymore..
Whenever I transform to any God, Blue, or Blue Evolved form, my characters hair stays golden. the readme file just says rerun installation and ive done it many times and it wont fix it, I have the no-hair changing ones on and I can't find any answers to help online
Use the skill creator tool by Eternity tools, open the transformation file you want to change the hair colour of, click generate new code first, then go to the
”Transformation” tab, and at the very bottom you will see something like hair colour and eye colour next to it, click on the ”copy” tab next to hair colour, choose ”HUM” if its a male or ”HYF” if its a female, then choose the colour you want for the hair and save
Now use the mod installer to install that transformation again, and THEN do what he said in the video

I tried doing this method for the ssj 1, 2, and 3, and i wanted my super sayian 1 transformed hair to be the same as my base. And I edited the files correctly. I followed all the steps. But it didn't work. When I transform into ssj 1, my hair still changes to the defualt ssj hair. But for ssj2 it worked. So maybe I can't put my base hair as my ssj1 hair? Is that the reason why it's not working?
Not for those ones. Super Saiyan 3 is the one that's a little different. But Super Saiyan 1 should just load in whatever texture is dropped in there that matches the correct name.
Do you have any forms that use base hair (like Super Saiyan God) working? If so, can you copy the files you made for those into your SSJ1 folder, rename the God files to be the same as the SSJ1 files (you'll have to remove the original SSJ files) and see if that fixes it?

Kinda late but what if your hair file is one that depends on physics because when i replace the stand-in file for my new one i dont think the mod is reading the additional parts of the model (there are 6 files as opposed to the usual 4) and the physics on my hair are breaking

I did the hair steps and my hair changes aswell as the colour but my eyebrows and eyes are the ssj eyebrows and eyes
I pasted them to the HUM folder and to no avail, my hair stayed the same when I transformed. Note beforehand I did uninstall and reinstall the mod as to change to have the hair change. Is there something I did wrong there?
Also note that for some reason my HUM folder is all kinds screwed and seems like it was missing files in the first place?

@@supersayianhawke7190 If you hair isn't changing colors (or defaults to Super Saiyan 1 hair for every form), you may have another mod that edits bss files. Try rerunning the Installer.exe and see if that corrects the transformation color.
Did you run the Installer.exe? A lot of the files that end up in the HUM and HUF folders come from that. So if large chunks are missing and the game isn't pointing at your different hair styles, it might be because that step got skipped.
Nice tutorial do you know if this works with the character create tool? planning on making multiple characters with different movesets and such along with the transforming hair

Jacob Goad yes. You still need to run that New Transformations .exe file. There is an option in there that affects the default transformations in the game. Once that’s installed, follow this tutorial and you should be good.

Did exactly everything you did but I downloaded one hair pack from that guy you suggested but I can't seem to make it transform into a super saiyan 4. I tried it multiple times yet it doesn't work. The hair was installed in the game no problems there but I can't seem to make it transform though

Good video, this worked really well, though i'm not sure where i messed up: somehow my hair in supersayan god, ultra instinct, and divine potential remains the same as it is in super sayan.
Is it because i at first only changed my supersayan and supersayan 4 hair and then i changed supersayan god/ ultra instinct?
