That singer, Klaus Meine is 72 today. He and his bandmates, Scorpions are still touring. Klaus hasn't lost his vocal skills
Saw them in 1988 at Rice Stadium in Houston in the Monsters of Rock tour. Van Halen, Metallica, Scorpions, Dokken and Kingdom Come. And I was a big Metallica fan, but no one compared to the Scorpions that day/night . Best sounding band by far and a lot of my friends that the same. They are the best sounding live band I have ever heard.

You already made a mistake. You picked a chopped up singles version of this song. The original studio version is about 2 minutes longer and much better (More guitar). By the way, this is a power ballad, something the Scorpions were known to be the best at in the world. They do, heavy, fast songs, but they did at least one of these on every recording they put out from 1979 on, and most of them did very well on the charts. I will add to my comments after I see the rest of this video.
The Scorpions in their prime were definitely one of the best bands in the history of rock and roll, and this song was definitely one of their best..... a great and lasting love song that many can relate to.
They are still, without a doubt, fantastic!

The Scorpions are one of the finest bands to ever make music. This song used to send shiver up my spine as a kid when that guitar shifts gears during the first solo... Just no words to describe that feeling.

Then the ’90s rolled in with grunge and these hard rock band just started to put out love songs.
