Thank you so much, this day and age companies try to dictate how we use our tools with horse blinders, it's sad. I spent hard earned money on this and when I turned it on I found out I had to spend $50 a month just to use their Bluetooth... nonsense.

Also successful enabled some apps, but after machine shutdown or sitting there several minutes, it will kick out from developer mode. Lucky, floating app still works, still have access to floating switch TH-cam. Good for me to run with video. Thanks a lot, great work
I just purchased the HiiT H14 elliptical (Sept 2022). To access the super secret screen, in the lower left corner of the screen, tap 15 times, wait 5 seconds, tap 15 more times.
This worked on my 2019 Costco version Proform 5000. I was hoping to unlock the training videos.... this didn't do that. However, it did something even MORE important. It allowed me to change font size from tiny to xlarge so I can read the dam screen now. And now that I can read it, I found around 10 free videos for walking/running, so I can use the treadmill in a meaningful way without paying for fitbit membership. So thanks for posting this!

Thanks for these instructions! So glad to have another bike app but now my resistance isn’t working? All the naps work great and the incline works but when doing the workouts not in iFit the resistance won’t change. Anyone else have this problem?
We added a bike to the treadmill and it seems to have derailed all the previous side-load work on the treadmill (as in absolutely nothing would run and ifit just kept giving a "retry" message). Did a hard boot and reinstalled everything and it seems to be working...at the moment. Thank you for this channel that allows people to use their own equipment that they purchased.
Everything worked well for me, thanks. To fix the orientation after install, I just opened and actually played a video. I opened Peloton and played a workout which forced it all back to landscape. But Disney Plus won't actually play a movie. I can select it and see it but it doesn't play, support error code 39.

Question...When I went through the process I had to give the browser/system security privileges so the browser wasn't blocked from downloading the apps. I have left the camera, microphone, browser, etc toggled "on" in security and am now concerned about outside access to my system, viruses being installed, and the system crashing. I didn't want to toggle "off" any of the privileges for fear that my apps wouldn't work or I couldn't access the browser. Am I Ok to toggle off the access for each category and if so are there any which need to remain toggled on? I don't want viruses but still want my system operational long term. Thanks for your help.

This is very good, but I’ve found adding the system PIN saves all the privileged mode settings as well, allowing the open windows view and back buttons. This is an important setting (PIN / other security) to keep privilege mode swipe up from bottom) use. Thanks for your work!!

Hello! Thank you so much for posting these videos for us. Question: I’m in privilege mode and when I try to get on my browser, it immediately shuts it down and says Permissions denied. You can change them in settings>apps. Any ideas? Thank you, again.

Thank you for the video ! I went through it and it worked! The only app I downloaded was chrome. I pinned ifit, chrome and system setting to the task bar. Then I went ahead and powered off and on the norditrack 1750 to get out of priviledge mode. Once on again I could access ifit and chrome on the task bar, but it would not let me access system settings. I went ahead and access priviledge mode again, once I was there system settings appeared on the task bar.
I am trying to access system setting (without being in priviledge mode) so I may cast the ifit workouts on my big screen tv. Is there any way of making this work?
You can click the clock on the taskbar to pull up the menu from the top. Then swipe down to access the cast button
This worked first time for me thank you but the only issue is when I turn my bike off I need to re enter the code again, any ideas please ?

Great video! I performed all the steps, have the apps loaded and working. However, anytime I am on the treadmill, it instantly stops when I log into any of the apps. I tried starting apps before starting treadmill, but I get the same result. Any suggestions? Thank you!

On my new ProForm 9000 initially kept getting error messages. now able to get apk pure but when I download any other app, it says can not store "not enough space" if I try to delete any apps, it goes back to "ifit" logo. Any suggestions?

I have the taskbar installed however, it doesn’t show up on my screen. I only have the square the circle and the triangle, and only when I swipe up.? What did I or am I doing wrong?
Followed instructions to the T. Downloaded and installed the taskbar but can’t install anything else. The ifit app keeps crashing in the middle of me trying to download anything. Do you have a fix for this? TIA
Hi thanks for the hack works perfect. I have the s15i and installed Disney plus. However the volume control is disabled and tried to run TH-cam via the downloaded app from apkpure however crashes. Not sure why the volume is locked to barely at 5%?

Howdy! Worked great for a day! But now even with the 10 tap, the privilege mode access screen doesn’t come up and all the 3rd party apps are gone. Any thoughts on a solution to get the code screen back up?
This worked but when I have the peloton app open I can’t control the bike. Resistance and incline don’t do anything. Any suggestions?
I was able to access privilege mode and then turned off my machine. The next morning I turned it back on and now it says iFIT not responding and it’s stuck there now. Any tips ?

I followed the steps from all your videos, but to be clear, in order to use the apps, starz, Netflix etc. I have to be in privileged mode? when it goes away, and I start a workout, the apps won't stay on the screen. they only work if I enter privileged mode
I can get all the way to getting the apk app then it won't install the floating apps says it isn't compatible. Same thing with Netflix and I did the way you said. Can you please help. Thank you.
Privileged Mode prompt does not stay focused. The code entry box flashes for 1 second and then disappears behind the main iFit screen and exits. I tried tapping the input field within 1 second and did not keep it visible. I saw it do a 'System Update' just prior to this so this may have been to block you from inputting but don't know for sure.
That would be weird, they do have priveledged mode to allow techs to perform system repairs.
There has to be a way to keep it on top
Ok so I went through this process and within Floating Apps for a message saying it’s not possible to float normal apps due to android limitations. How do I fix this? Is it even possible to stream anything?
Do I need to leave the treadmill on? If I turn it off after use the next time I turn on I have to redo the code
I am able to install the apps … but Netflix, TH-cam or prime say it is not compatible with my device… I tried apps from apkpure and direct install of the apks via browser… it isn’t working … I see that my device runs on Android 9.0 …. Any advice would be of great help…. My treadmill is ProForm 14.0
Hi there I have bicycle pro form. Studio pro 22 ,but I never use with iFIT all the time I use manually, but what happened if one day the screen doesn’t work and the question is exists one way to continue use it to move resistance levels tanks

I was able to get the privilege mode and install the netflix and amazon prime video but apps still dont work and it gives message that device dont support google play. Any idea what is wrong with my installation? Any help would appreciated much

Hi Sai, you are installing an older version of Netflix. Use a Netflix apk from a website like APK Pure or APK Mirror.
I pinned my setting icon but when I lost privileged mode it was no longer on my taskbar. Can I still retrieve it?
I have a 2021 Proform Pro 9000. I downloaded the apps and they seem to work fine. The issue I have encountered is the storage is full so the system runs slowly and I dont have enough room to update the iFit firmware to the latest version. My total storage is 2.4 GB of 2.9 GB available. Is there anything I can do to resolve this situation? Thanks in advance for your support.

Hello Gears....thanks for the great video, I was able to set it all up and had it working just like yours, later turned off the treadmill an X22 incline trainer, and got kicked back out of privilege mode, is there anyway to make it permanent that it stays in privilege mode? or do I have to get a new code every time I turn the treadmill back on?
Leave it powered up and it'll stay in priveledged mode longer. But will still randomly be kicked out.
Unfortunately that's the game nordictrack wants to play right now

Thank you for your amazing video... do you have a video to show people how to stop automatic updates of the ifit software ? I had so many updates that I could not stop I had to reset my machine and install all the apps again because Netflix kept reverting back to the ifit screen immediately after I would press or try and press play on any video OR the Netflix screen would get very small and appear as a small window on the right side of the ifit sceen. So anyway, do you have a way of stopping ifit auto updates ?

There are ways to stop it. Unfortunately you do it on your router and there are so many out there it makes it difficult to do just one video on

Our new house is under construction so I haven't unpacked my machine, so i haven't been able to use it in a while.

Yes. After you install the apk you need to delete the install file.
These systems have very low storage space so you may have to be selective about what you install

thanks, i found that the code is a mathematical transformation then you can share the formula with a simple excel document or google sheet which allows you to recover the code even if this website disappears

Just found your channel. Thanks for helping me realize the full potential of my treadmill! I've been able to download a task bar, floating apps, NetFlix, Disney, Chrome, and Amazon and they work great when opened from the apps folder. However, when I open them from the task bar they won't open full screen and there is no apparent way to enlarge them. Do you have any suggestions?

I have this all installed however the floating app will not float my Hulu, Browser, TH-cam, and Disney plus. I’m confused why this is… everything is installed and setup. I access through the floating app but it just opens these up full screen and not floating. Any ideas?

Hello. Thank you for all your hard work and effort in sharing your knowledge!! Have you or anyone experienced platform instabilities- wifi keeps disconnecting, ifit freezes if you toggle btw streaming apps etc. I am constantly having to reboot to reconnect back to wifi. Thanks in advance!!!
Yes I have. The hardware is very low spec and can't handle multitasking well.
We unplug the machine when done and plug it back in afterwards
I get the error: "This devise is not supported by the app" when launching Netflix. I've downloaded it as you suggested from the Netflix Help Center (link in your description) version 4.16-15235-release.apk. Any idea what my problem might be? I have a C1750 2022 Threadmill. Thank you !

Yes, you need to tap on a not active area of the screen
Somewhere during this process my proform 9000 has gotten stuck in an ifit teying to boot and then crashing loop. I cannot get into priveledge mode to do anything. Basically cant access the treadmill at all. Im not sure where the reset button is located on this device, any suggestions?
Try unplugging it for 5 minutes and then plug it back in
If that doesn't work then leave it plugged in for a day and see if it resolves itself
If that doesn't work then you need to find that reset button. Some models didn't put a hole and You need to open the case up. You'll see a reset button hanging out by itself somewhere. In that case, I would drill a hole and put it back together so you can easily reset any time you need
@@GearsAndTech I'm so glad I figured out what to do. I found I could tap into privileged mode without iFit properly loading. Could do it in the same spot during the boot up. I uninstalled a couple things and it seems to be ok now. I don't know if my model supports Netflix and it's kinda deterred me from wanting to muck with it 🫠☠️😂

On the R900 rower, when I tap the screen for dev mode, it says , setting privilege mode true. What do I do with that? Also. Also on the spin bike I downloaded TH-cam and it say it's not compatible and won't open. Any tricks for that?
I found youtube on chrome or Firefox worked the best.
Does this work on the latest model of S22i? I'm also curious if doing this will void any warranty. I don't have the bike yet, but I plan on getting one during Black Friday sale this month. 🙂 I don't like that they lock you out from accessing this mode, so thank you for sharing this very useful info.

Only advice is to NOT update the machine. It'll ask you once in a while, but say no and you're fine.

Your method worked perfectly, thank you, I managed to install the apps, but two days later the bike must have made some update during the night and when I saw it was on the iFit screen and I can no longer enter the privileged mode. Will it be that if I delete the iFit app the bike stops doing these updates?
I thought he indicated that privileged mode does not last. That's why you install the Taskbar.
@@tothrec Yes, he did say that, this is not the point, for two days my bike worked perfectly with the bar and all the apps, on the third day for some unknown reason my system was back to the original state, no bars, no apps, no privilege mode, only the iFIT program as it is on its original state.
I don’t know if Norditrack sent an update or a reset for my system, therefore my question of how to disable these updates.

There is a way to disable updates of ifit. But it requires you to adjust settings in your router to block their update ports.
It's messy, and very techy and is not something im sure I want to do a video on because it can mess up your entire house internet of done wrong

Biggest problem i need the security code all the time to cast :( its crazy at it says not support when trying to cast, with priviledged open i can cast, anyone has a solution for this?
