I’m assuming this is a joke but if it’s not: Scaramouche is an artificial puppet built after the cataclysm to hold Raiden Ei’s gnosis, however he was deemed unsuitable and left to rot in the wild after his power was sealed.
Raiden ei is actually the creator of the puppet scaramouche, Raiden shogun on the other hand is also a puppet like scaramouche, Scaramouche viewed ei as a mother at first and shogun as a sister. Tho 2 of them are puppets 1 is the creator , there is no dad. That is why people consider scaramouche raidens son Sorry if this was a joke
