I feel pretty sad for this character because she deserved this but she did this because she was hurt because of the Clara's mother death and she didn't wanted to be hurt anymore she just hasn't choosen the right way. A sad character ._.

mickpork i know that the song in the egg is the dance of the sugar plum fairy written by tchaikovsky although as for the song played during the dance inside the house , i believe it is the waltz of the flowers also written by tchaikovsky , but i am not so sure on that
Yeah, I think the trailer was suppose to be misleading to sort- of give this, big twist/surprise. A part of me wishes they had not decided to mAke the Sugar Plum fairy the bad guy though.

Nico Allemann the song in the egg is just called “pas de deux” on the album that I have. It’s not the dance of the sugar plum fairy.
