Very cool project! I'm looking forward to part two. I guess it's too late now, but if you flip the axle upside-down it would reverse the direction. Also that 3-link rear suspension will cause the axle to rock forward a little as the springs compress. It probably won't be a problem since you have a CV axle instead of u-joints for your driveshaft.
