👉🏻 સ્વામિનારાયણ ભગવાન, વિક્રમ સંવત 1825 કાર્તિક સુદ પ્રબોધિની એકાદશી પર વડતાલમાં સ્વામિનારાયણ સંપ્રદાયના આધ્યાત્મિક ગુરુ અથવા આચાર્ય તરીકે, બે દત્તક પુત્રોની નિમણૂક કરી છે. આચાર્ય ભગવાન સ્વામિનારાયણના એકમાત્ર પ્રતિનિધિઓ છે અને આખા સ્વામિનારાયણ સંપ્રદાય (શિક્ષાપત્રી શ્લોક 3) નું સંચાલન કરવાની જવાબદારી તેમને આપી છે. આચાર્ય આખા સંપ્રદાયના ગુરુ છે અને તેમના પત્ની (પ.પૂ. ગાદીવાળા માતૃશ્રી) સ્ત્રી ભક્તોના ગુરુસ્થાને વિરાજમાન છે. ભગવાન સ્વામિનારાયણ દ્વારા લખાયેલ "દેશ વિભાગ ના લેખ" ની જોગવાઈ મુજબ, ગાદી તેમના ધર્મકુલ પરિવારના મોટા પુત્રો અથવા પાત્ર સભ્યને આપવામાં આવે છે.
👉🏻 વેદોક્તવિધિ મુજબ, પ.પૂ. 1008 આચાર્ય શ્રી નરેન્દ્રપ્રસાદજી મહારાજ તેમના પુત્ર પ.પૂ. 108 ભાવી આચાર્ય લાલજી શ્રી અજેન્દ્રપ્રસાદજી મહારાજને વિક્રમ સંવત 2040 વૈશાખ સુદ - 14 (નૃસિંહ જયંતિ) ને 13 મી મે 1984 ના રવિવારના રોજ વડતાલમાં ગુરુ તરીકે સ્થાન આપી રહ્યા છે.
👉🏻 Swaminarayan Bhagwan has appointed two adopted sons, as the spiritual Guru or Acharyas of the Swaminarayan Sampraday in Vadtal on Vikram Samvat 1825 Kartik Sud Prabodhini Ekadashi. The Acharyas are the sole representatives of Bhagwan Swaminarayan and have the responsibility of managing the entire Swaminarayan Sampraday (Shikshapatri Shlok 3). The Acharyas are the guru of the whole Swamparaday and their wives (Gadiwala) stand as the female's Guru. As per the provisions of "Desh Vibhag no Lekh '' written by Bhagwan Swaminarayan, the Gadi is passed on to the elder sons or eligible members from their Dharmakul family.
👉🏻 As per Vedoktavidhi, H.H. 1008 Acharya Shree Narendraprasadji Maharaj is passing his place as Guru to his son H.H. 108 Bhavi Acharya Lalji Shree Ajendraprasadji Maharaj on Vikram Samvat 2040 Vaishakh Sud - 14 (Nrusinha Jayanti) 13th May 1984, Sunday in Vadtal.
