@@YourWellnessNerd Hello , Do you know anything about Waddle Gait ( walk like a penguin ) ? I am trying to figure out what kind of exercises to do , to fix / heal it My right hip, it's weak . Do you have any suggestions how to heal it ??? Thank you . Debbie For your help, I am going to let my families and friends know about your website ( youtube ) , and they can Subscribe and View you channel .
I definitely have tight glutes, the right side entry point is sitting in a chair, and my left side needs to do it lying down. Both sides felt better afterwards. Thank you.
Great exercises. I tried the cross leg exercise for six months as piraformis was tight and compressing my sciatica causing significant tension int he calf and plantar fascia. There were dramatic improvements in the first few months but the tension would not release anymore. I am onthe second one you have demonstrated but you gave some valuable advice about working into by gradual tension increase. Thankyou.
My limiting factor has always been knee pain when I get into these positions (probably caused by inflammation/osteoarthritis). Do you have suggestions for how to deal with this? Thanks!
Of course mate, I meant to mention it in the video but forgot! If you cradle your knee when doing the sitting version it’ll take some of the tension out of it. When doing the standing version it’s important to have the foot off the edge of the bed and it’ll do the same!
Your cues are amazing! I’ve done pigeon for years. Your cue to “hinge….and hunt” changed my pigeon completely, for the better!
Awesome! Glad it was helpful as well Jennifer!

It’s good know where your comfortable entry point is. If you keep up that squeeze/relax technique you’ll be standing in no time!
Can't seem to find my glutes muscles to tense when crossing my leg while seated (First exercise)
Keep working at it, it should get easier!
