Seriously, Bethesda needs to acquire this and make it an official expansion. They way it integrates into the vanilla game is... uncanny. Where other quest mods usually place a location of their own that sticks like a sore thumb, SS2 expands and reuses the existing locations in a way that Bethesda would do. That stuff in the Vault-Tec HQ, it looked like it was supposed to be there all along. And I really really have to praise the voice acting. Another place where even good mods fail is the voice acting. Even the best Skyrim mods (that feature more than one character) suffer from that - Legacy of the Dragonborn, Helgen Reborn, 3D NPC... all those have some questionable voice acting. SS2 nails the voice acting. Jake or the two Gunners are voice-acted in a manner that in indistinguishable from professional work.

Okay, but 13:45 - 13:50 has to be a nominee for a new ender card/channel trailer clip right? From calm to chaos in an instant, that's the MATN we all know and love.
I told them when I first subbed to this channel (years ago now(, clip it from the last video. You are more likely to get someone to click on a recent video (any video) than a video that is, sure, connected to that series but 4 years old. For example: On a city skyline video they put a series of it that was 4 years older from that video. If you put a clip of a vid from a day ago, even if it was from a diffferent game you would get more click throughs. In youtube click throughs on videos count as engagement and a "good subscriber" for youtube. Which, if they (youtube) haven't changed the algorithmn much will still bring greater weight to the SEO of your channel and videos.
Companions make decent mayors for your settlements too, assigned at the city planner's desk. But since Jon is Mayor Bob, I'm not sure he'll want anymore mayors running around claiming their the boss...

I found the performance from The Ron to be very fun: there is an extremely thin line of how greasy someone can be before it goes from charming to repulsive.
Has Jon still not found the boxes and boxes of ASAMs at Jake's shop, and I think in the Museum of Freedom too? Having played a fair bit of SS2, I cannot *wait* until Jon meets the new proprietor of Fallon's in Concord :)
Obviously, you're following up on the vigor tester, for now, but just posting a reminder to not forget about the recruitment sidequests. Even the optional "filler" content was crafted with the same care and attention to detail as the rest of the mod. Speaking of filler content, repeating my suggestion from last week, since I was a bit late making it, but if you get the chance you might want to pop back to Sanctuary and check in on Old Paul. He should have someone he wants you to check on. It's a super short thing, that barely even qualifies as a "quest"... but knowing Jon, he'll be glad he did it!
Not sure if I said it or not previously but will say with SS2 and that pastor that appeared and helped Jake with getting the equipment into his workshop, I remember in previous versions of the mod, the first one he wasn't there at all and that applies to I think just about every new npc that will show up in Concord but then when SS2 Chapter 2 came then they suddenly appeared and then with Chapter 3 that also came with a version that just has all chapters in one there were many changes made to the way the story works so if you did things a different way, the story would've been pretty different. It's honestly kinda cool that the people who worked on the mod decided to not only add more onto the story but even integrated each new addition into the story that came before.
Im not going to lie, Jon is surprising me a fair bit in this series. He has been noticing tiny details that I havent found in multiple playthroughs of SS2.
So there's a lot of video's out already but for anyone using this as a sort of guide there's usually a couple boxes of asam sensors in Jakes workshop and the respawn as the story goes on
I appreciate that Mayor Bob has been haunted twice by the original townsfolk of Sanctuary, not sure if this is an intended modification or just a random event that can strangely happen multiple times
Running into your old neighbors is a random spawn event that can happen over and over no matter how many times you've killed them. My guess would be the game doesn't have any sort of flag to disable their spawn when killed.
I love to watch you play fallout 4. All of the episodes and series. Legendary Apocalypse.‘s 👍 You play fallout 4 like I play fallout 4….but you talk at the same time. Love it!

The awful legendary weapon is canon now… I was laughing when I saw poisoners then I was crying as I read pool cue. I was on the floor when he acknowledged it!😂❤
You really need to get in the habit of picking up the. 38 ammo to sell.
I found the performance from The Ron to be very fun: there is an extremely thin line of how greasy someone can be before it goes from charming to repulsive.
18:54 - isn't that the code phrases from Captain America Civil War?
Jon didnt initiate mosey proceedures until almost 5 minutes in, i was beginning to get concerned.
"Do you come across anything you don't pick up?"
Always trolling the loot goblins like me 😅
Has Jon still not found the boxes and boxes of ASAMs at Jake's shop, and I think in the Museum of Freedom too?
Having played a fair bit of SS2, I cannot *wait* until Jon meets the new proprietor of Fallon's in Concord :)
Really loving this series. So much content.
"mandated muzzle protocols" lol
13:49. I died!!! 😂😂😂 that charge then the broken arms
loving this series, would love 2 eps a week!
I over the way the protagonist's voice acting is done. It fits supricingly well.
So there's a lot of video's out already but for anyone using this as a sort of guide there's usually a couple boxes of asam sensors in Jakes workshop and the respawn as the story goes on
Been waiting for this episode!
@@Zyroes It's just very funny to me that they hate Mayor Bob so much that they refuse to move on and let him run a community in peace
19:00 those 'random' words do seem more than a little familiar...
'dIE yOU mOOING bASTARDS! dIE dIE!' Kills me every time!
I love to watch you play fallout 4. All of the episodes and series. Legendary Apocalypse.‘s 👍 You play fallout 4 like I play fallout 4….but you talk at the same time. Love it!
16:30 I think that is a Fantastic 4 refrence (Doctor Reed is the stretchy guy)
Magnusson went to the only place left untainted by nuclear war…SPAAACE
This is a surprising amount of corporate skullduggery for some glorified IKEA instructions.
Dang this mod's well made. that writing!
Jon you're so charismatic I have always wanted to do what you do I've tried so many times but it's like I am not as eloquent as you are and nothing is good enough ❤
The coming Things Jon Got Wrong is gonna be long
Stepping around floorbased traps forgetting he took sneak which ignores floorbased traps.
17:36 How does the cue ball stay on the table? 🤔
