I think making it to the Bone Hydra by Episode 2 is already a lot of progress!
Have you played the original Rogue? The game that kicked off the Roguelike/Lite genre? I sure haven't, but I've heard its brutally hard~

I have not, but I might look into doing it as a one off or something in the future.

@@KingWolfOwl If you do, it might be easier to instead pick up say 'Vulture for NetHack'. It's the same sort of game but has isometric graphics instead of pure ASCII like Rogue.
