Mobile has no graphic option other than 30/60 fps for some reason,hope they fix it [it runs on performance mode graphics for everyone as far as i can tell on android (i used to play at high quality mode)]

It's better on consoles and PC. The game looks slightly worse on mobile because of the resolution bump, but it's good in terms of performance.
There is no cross-platform saving on the console. I don't see any point in playing from scratch on playstation
