Being a 29 year old father of a newborn boy and seeing that young child put flowers in that grave of his mother and say “love you momma” absolutely tore me to shreds…… I truly hope that family is prospering and doing well.
I’m having a child soon, and things like this suddenly have such a huge impact! It’s unreal the things I’m scared of now!My daughter when she’s born is number 1 in my life and It’s hard thinking about the fact she’s gonna have hardships in her life! Yeah, I was lonely and depressed af and went out by myself and on my way back a taxi stopped near the traffic lights and in the back were some cool looking girls and boys and the boy waved and said hello to me as the taxi moved on. He made me so happy he made my day, I smiled as I walked to the bus stop. For some odd reason it made me so happy. He'll probably never know he made my day, but I dont think he would of cared as much as I did for the small impact it might have seemed, but made an impact on my self esteem almost feeling noticed and seen. Its funny how I've made a big effort to do kindness and give all my heart to people, but when I'm in a bad place or need help or just a listening ear or a hug nobody is there. It's like I'm so easy to throw away. But this made me smile. Because he never had to. I'll end my little wramble here for now. Good bye.

I cant say that it gets better, but it helps to find happiness in the small things like that. As far as the karma returning the kind favors you do for others, well, just dont let the lack of kind people turn you cold too. Its easier said than done, but remember, you can bring that same feeling, that means so much to us, to someone else who might appreciate it as much as we did. Youre not alone, youre not invisible, and you mean more than you know. If it helps, you can think of me as that someone!

I can relate to people fighting cancer. They need all the support they can get. I had leukemia myself and as a male it wasn't a big deal to loose my hair, but I saw young woman who doesn't want to see her partners or family, cause they feel ugly without their hair. I can only imagine how it must feel for a woman. So I highly respect those people who cut their hair to support a loved one.

I've binge watched these vids. And while they're all heart felt... The ones with animals, hit me the hardest. I've felt .. Bad about this my whole life. But in truth, I think, animals know nothing but, love. And happy. And loyal. And always there. They experience pain, and it just... Rips. My. Heart. Out. .... They, have never given hate or pain or lied or left you. So... When it's all done to them, my god man... Brutal. I'm falling apart just writing this. If humans were like animals, the world would def be a kinder place. However, that's not so. So, I thx all, the good hearted folk still in this cruel world. 45 minutes of tears streaming down my face. So incredibly wholesome. The ones that get me the most are those that shave off their beautiful hair to support a loved one who is loosing their hair. That is some crazy love right there!
All of these amazing people, we need more of them, all around the world. Whether it be small or large, an act of kindness is worth more than anything else imaginable. Please, do your best to be kind, no matter what.
I remember having to walk 12 miles one way to the grocery store as a kid to pick up whatever we could afford to eat. My Mom struggled to provide for us but never gave up. One day, I was leaving for school and found a car in our driveway. It had a note that said: “Enjoy your new car. Spend less time walking and more time living.”. There was no name on the note. I used to think that nobody cared us, but that person proved me wrong. That act of generosity changed my life and encouraged me to help those who are struggling as I did.
These stories really inspire me and touch my heart....especially impressed with the fact that the person remained anonymous. He/she didn't do this for anything in return or to boast about what a "generous person he was! When this sort of thing happens, it needs to be reciprocated. Whoever needs help and you can help? GO FOR IT!
This made me cry. Especially the cancer patients who has to shave off their hair and the loving acts of a spouse or a relative/friend would cut their hair also. The reaction of the cancer patients is just so heart warming and so loving to feel they're not alone in this❤️❤️❤️🧡🧡🧡

Hope is good hope is always there when all else is lost the world needs to be controlled by respect and kindness and the tenacity to help those in need after all we are human beings who can change the lives of others you have only two choices: 1. I bought my son glasses for colour blindness. He couldn’t see any green. He had a holiday job in a vegetable store and couldn’t see the green potatoes to pull up. All the beauty we see in trees, grass, flowers etc were brown. He did a simple test and I ordered them for him. He waited until he was high over the city and put them on - the first shock was the colours of the roofs he was overlooking, especially the red ones. He couldn’t see red either. I tried them on and the were very vibrant to me but he’s used them for many years. For a couple of hundred dollars it’s a wonderful gift to give someone!
kindness isn't endangered it's just become easier not to try but there are still those in this world who refuse to give up the strength of their hearts just because most other's have! The one that really made me cry was the one where the kid had to go and wish his mom mothers day at her grave. I would like to say that to all the people that lost their mothers, I officially say that we are family and my mom is your mom and my dad is your dad and we are brothers and sisters, from this day foward
Yeah, that one always gets me. She died 11 days after her 23rd birthday. She didn't even get the chance to know her child before she was gone. I'm happy that the father isn't letting him forget her.
I smiled and awed until the little boy visiting his mother at the cemetery - I lost it. My 5 yr old daughter came over to me, rested her head on my chest, and patted my hand. Earlier this year I felt she began to understand me bringing her to my mother's grave, which I used to do alone for the first 12 years 🥰
That one hit me too. My baby brother passed at 30 yrs old & his son was 2. He's now 4 & has a picture of his dad & him on his night stand next to his bed. He kisses that picture (his daddy) everyday good night.

My cheeks are chapped from crying. I'm going to look like a mess in the morning with my cry eyes. We do need a ton more goodness in the world right now. Just maybe not record it so much cause its sort of giving the person doing it views. @@moplayz3054 my mom recently saved a young bird being attacked by crows in the middle of the road. Poor baby was terrified....in shock and my mom turned around and pulled over to save the poor baby. Only 3 of us pulled over...me being with my mom and a lady in another car. Everyone else ignored the bird. My mom safely pulled the baby in a nearby tree and it recovered, later seen eating some worms

We need more people like this in the world, people like this is the whole reason I gave up on being rude, and instead started helping people around my community. I don't want payment, their happiness is enough.
My dream is that ANYONE seeing a moment in which they can save, or enrich, the lives of others will do so. Heros are people in the moment of the event; understand they have a moral duty to intervene. We are all capable of being heroes. I love the idea of celebrating one's birthday by doing kind acts. During the lockdown, when I was homeless and unemployed, I delighted in helping hand out food to others. We need to feel useful. I appreciate the people who gave me the opportunity to help; I needed to shake off the shock, and relight that candle. Even tiny things like that can benefit others. A smile, a hug, some small thing may be the difference in someone else's life. Blessings to these people; and all who intervene to help others.
My father passed in 2019 but when I was a young girl he taught myself and my sister to complete an act of kindness for a stranger everyday. I've passed this onto everyone I know . And my fiancé passed it on to people everyday too . So hoping someone reads this starts doing it as well as passing it onto others . We may not have it all together, but together we have it all!!

I really needed this. I’ve been so alone and depressed. I’ve honestly been losing faith in people . I’ve been done extremely wrong by heartless people I try my hardest for . I also watch a lot of true crime videos (which I should take a break from ) . This has me in tears . Glad to see there are still good people in the world.

God is really real I've had some hard times and yes I am still having them but God is not to blame we are the ones to blame due to it being of choice's that we make and I do believe that God and his angel's are watching over us all and a helping hand is always good

When I was hospitalized, undergoing intense induction chemo, I started losing my hair the day after my birthday. After pulling handfuls out while in the shower, I called my husband and asked him to bring my clippers to the hospital when he came to visit the next day. (He had to keep working so we could try to pay our bills, so my mom stayed with me at the hospital.) He brought them and the next day, while in my hospital room, I shaved my mom's head and she shaved mine. That night when my dad and husband came to visit, they were bald too. Having that support means more than you know...I'll never forget my mom's reaction after she shaved my head. I turned and looked at her with tears in my eyes and she smiled a HUGE smile. When I asked why she was smiling, she said it was because I looked like when I was a baby...all she could see was my "big, beautiful eyes." She's the best mama ever.
15:02 Massive respect to inmates, man. Soon as they get in prison, they drop their past life, get good morals, and try to move on with their life. A lot of the time prisoners morals are higher than even civilians. If someone doesn’t have good morals in prison, they get the crap beat out of them.
bullshit... there's a huge diff between morals and respect.... respect is what rules in prison, but morals are flexible to suit. you can be the most moral person in the pod but you're ruled by those with respect.... and lets face it, most prisoners are there because of a lack of morals in the first place.... USA killed morals with their constitutional and hippy freedom bullshit. free to be whatever asshole you want to be eh? proof is in the pudding.
Some are worse than others, & some people both in & out of prison will never have morals. There are so many of us who've done something in our life that would have warranted being arrested & doing some time, we were just lucky enough to not get caught. For many of us, that is one of differences between us & a prisoner or someone whose already served their time. Prison is a society in & of itself, there are some who'll never change (just like there are on the outside) & there are many, who'll live within the rules & boundaries for the sake of betterment & to also respect who they have to live with behind the wall.
Seeing this made me cry. Each time a cancer one was shown, that hits me soooo hard...and the little kid saying happy Mother's day to his mom's grave is just sad but the sweetest thing a little boy can do for her at that point.... When I was 10 my mom was diagnosed with cancer. I received a call that night with her crying so badly she couldn't actually tell me what was wrong. I had thought she was never going to come home....then she told me she was dying, stage 3 cancer and she only was given 6 months to live. I'm a mute, so a phone call at the time was "listen only" for me....so all I could do to let her know I didn't hang up during that call was cry with her. It hurt hearing that, it hurt more seeing the hell she went through as a result of it....and how so many people disrespected and were just vile to her because she had lost all of her hair....before the treatments she had very long and beautiful Native American hair (that genetics is a very strong one on her side of my family and it was passed to me too). Being called "Baldie" and being laughed at and literally spit on by so many people....it just made her get to the point she tried to take her own life 6 times during her treatments....Me and my cousins wouldn't let her go that route...I slept in her room with her to let her know her fight was not just hers and I was there to support her whenever she needed someone to lean on. My first cousin was around to help her cook and she would also make sure the house was kept clean. My other cousin did what I could not....he shaved his head to show her that losing her hair isn't the end of the world....and it will come back and she will be happy again.....I did the opposite. I always had short hair and when she lost hers I grew mine out so that she could look at me when she was sad about losing her hair and realize that she never lost it, she gave it to me....Her fight lasted 3 long years....but through all the hell she went through, the people who hurt her (my father included), and just surviving that long, she had a good three years and got to see so many things she never got to before and she loved it! I made sure to support her as long as was possible to make sure she had the courage and will to go until she couldn't. I lost her when I was 13....and I became homeless right after that. My world flipped and the happiness was just gone....I somehow survived and didn't give up because she didn't give up on her fight. I started this year feeling sick, then when I went to the hospital over intense pain and worsening illness, I heard three words that I never thought I would hear again...."You have cancer". I had cancer....and I wasn't sure if I was going to survive it to be honest....it's not often that you can just suddenly get cancer and be fine ya know....and the type I had typically only happens to elderly people so it was very unusual for it to happen to me but it did. I thought about not fighting it....just going on with life and letting fate decide for me....being alone for a long time cause that type of thought....but I wasn't alone and am not alone. My roommate and friend for life said she would help in any way that I needed so we could fight it and beat it! So I started the treatments after the first two surgeries attempting to remove the cancer. I got weaker and weaker....I was barely able to eat or drink and she was an angel who helped me through it every step of the way. She would help me in bed....out of bed....literally gave me baths because I couldn't myself....and she drove 4 hour long trips nonstop to get me to every treatment and 4 hours back everytime knowing how the traffic is here and knowing she can't see too well at night. When I lost my long hair it hurt....it hurt bad because of what it meant to me....I had grown it out ever since my mom lost her hair, so this was like 12 years of growing it....To see it just vanish like it did within a single week of treatments it crushed me....My angel showed me that it is just hair and it will come back thicker and more beautiful than before...she shaved her head when I shaved mine. She cried when I cried....and she helped me to get to where I am now. It's been 4 months since the 3rd and final surgery and the last of the chemo treatments. I got the best news I could have gotten when the 3 month scans were done, It's gone. The cancer is gone and there's no trace of it....I won. I won because I was helped with all the things I couldn't help my mom with....I wasn't strong enough to lift her to help her out when I was that young...I did what I could but it wasn't enough and she still smiled the last day I saw her, still smiled at me knowing I did whatever I could have and that is why she lasted 3 years instead of 6 months. But seeing people shave their heads to show their support for cancer victims....and survivors....to those people, I really would love to just hug them with all my strength and just hold them there as they are genuinely heroes to those of us who have to and have had to go through that very difficult battle....If my mother had an angel by her side like I did, life would have gone very differently for me and my life would never have been as bad as it was back then. But my story is one of millions....that tend to go unnoticed and unheard. There are still good people in the world, though they are very rare these days....

2:55 Some years back, I was on my way to meet my mom and grandmother for lunch one rainy Sunday when they left church. On my way, I saw a local cop stop traffic on the main road through town to protect a lost dog as he cross the street. It cost the cop nothing but a few seconds of his time and may have well saved the dog's life and the owner's and drivers from having a very sad day. What amazes me the most is that these acts of kindness cost the giver so little, if anything, but have immense value to those who receive.

The fact that that guy ran into the house for his dog doesn’t surprise me AT ALL. I thought “that’s crazy” for about half a second then I thought “what if it was my dogs” wouldn’t hesitate.
If we search far and wide, then we can find there are innumerable good human beings are there everywhere. And if not then we may try to do a small act of kindness. Believe me it won't gonna to make your any loss but it will give you a sigh of relief.

i lost my mom when i was barely three. my father remarried after couple of years by my stepmom went away after just a year of togetherness. she didn't die
My old Spanish teacher used to have cancer and since then every year during thanks giving she would go to the hospital and give flowers to the patients. She loved telling us stories about her family and how they help people. She always encouraged us to do good for other, she did this by telling us to do good things for people for one month and and every time we helped someone we would fill out a sheet and she would hang it on a wall outside the classroom. She told us if we could fill the wall up by the end of the month she would send a picture to the Ellen show. She would also use class time to give us advice in life and how important life is and to appreciate all the small things. I truly believe she made me a better person and I’m grateful that I got to have her as my teacher. She put in so much effort to make sure we all got a good education. She would make class so much fun and on our birthdays she would let us wear a big had and she would sing happy birthday to us while pulling on our ears the amount of the age were turning.

I can only imagine how it must feel for a woman. So I highly respect those people who cut their hair to support a loved one.

I remember having to walk 12 miles one way to the grocery store as a kid to pick up whatever we could afford to eat. My Mom struggled to provide for us but never gave up. One day, I was leaving for school and found a car in our driveway. It had a note that said: “Enjoy your new car. Spend less time walking and more time living.”. There was no name on the note. I used to think that nobody cared us, but that person proved me wrong. That act of generosity changed my life and encouraged me to help those who are struggling as I did.

I bought my son glasses for colour blindness. He couldn’t see any green. He had a holiday job in a vegetable store and couldn’t see the green potatoes to pull up. All the beauty we see in trees, grass, flowers etc were brown. He did a simple test and I ordered them for him. He waited until he was high over the city and put them on - the first shock was the colours of the roofs he was overlooking, especially the red ones. He couldn’t see red either. I tried them on and the were very vibrant to me but he’s used them for many years. For a couple of hundred dollars it’s a wonderful gift to give someone!

The one that really made me cry was the one where the kid had to go and wish his mom mothers day at her grave. I would like to say that to all the people that lost their mothers, I officially say that we are family and my mom is your mom and my dad is your dad and we are brothers and sisters, from this day foward
Yeah, that one always gets me. She died 11 days after her 23rd birthday. She didn't even get the chance to know her child before she was gone. I'm happy that the father isn't letting him forget her.

Only 3 of us pulled over...me being with my mom and a lady in another car. Everyone else ignored the bird. We are all capable of being heroes. I love the idea of celebrating one's birthday by doing kind acts. During the lockdown, when I was homeless and unemployed, I delighted in helping hand out food to others. We need to feel useful. I appreciate the people who gave me the opportunity to help; I needed to shake off the shock, and relight that candle. Even tiny things like that can benefit others. A smile, a hug, some small thing may be the difference in someone else's life. Blessings to these people; and all who intervene to help others.

My father passed in 2019 but when I was a young girl he taught myself and my sister to complete an act of kindness for a stranger everyday. I've passed this onto everyone I know . And my fiancé passed it on to people everyday too . So hoping someone reads this starts doing it as well as passing it onto others .

When I was hospitalized, undergoing intense induction chemo, I started losing my hair the day after my birthday. After pulling handfuls out while in the shower, I called my husband and asked him to bring my clippers to the hospital when he came to visit the next day. (He had to keep working so we could try to pay our bills, so my mom stayed with me at the hospital.) He brought them and the next day, while in my hospital room, I shaved my mom's head and she shaved mine. That night when my dad and husband came to visit, they were bald too. Having that support means more than you know...I'll never forget my mom's reaction after she shaved my head. I turned and looked at her with tears in my eyes and she smiled a HUGE smile. When I asked why she was smiling, she said it was because I looked like when I was a baby...all she could see was my "big, beautiful eyes." She's the best mama ever.

Some are worse than others, & some people both in & out of prison will never have morals. There are so many of us who've done something in our life that would have warranted being arrested & doing some time, we were just lucky enough to not get caught. For many of us, that is one of differences between us & a prisoner or someone whose already served their time. Prison is a society in & of itself, there are some who'll never change (just like there are on the outside) & there are many, who'll live within the rules & boundaries for the sake of betterment & to also respect who they have to live with behind the wall.
The kindness of these people just makes me cry 😢 . It's awesome
Seeing this made me cry. Each time a cancer one was shown, that hits me soooo hard...and the little kid saying happy Mother's day to his mom's grave is just sad but the sweetest thing a little boy can do for her at that point....
When I was 10 my mom was diagnosed with cancer. I received a call that night with her crying so badly she couldn't actually tell me what was wrong. I had thought she was never going to come home....then she told me she was dying, stage 3 cancer and she only was given 6 months to live. I'm a mute, so a phone call at the time was "listen only" for me....so all I could do to let her know I didn't hang up during that call was cry with her. It hurt hearing that, it hurt more seeing the hell she went through as a result of it....and how so many people disrespected and were just vile to her because she had lost all of her hair....before the treatments she had very long and beautiful Native American hair (that genetics is a very strong one on her side of my family and it was passed to me too). Being called "Baldie" and being laughed at and literally spit on by so many people....it just made her get to the point she tried to take her own life 6 times during her treatments....Me and my cousins wouldn't let her go that route...I slept in her room with her to let her know her fight was not just hers and I was there to support her whenever she needed someone to lean on. My first cousin was around to help her cook and she would also make sure the house was kept clean. My other cousin did what I could not....he shaved his head to show her that losing her hair isn't the end of the world....and it will come back and she will be happy again.....I did the opposite. I always had short hair and when she lost hers I grew mine out so that she could look at me when she was sad about losing her hair and realize that she never lost it, she gave it to me....Her fight lasted 3 long years....but through all the hell she went through, the people who hurt her (my father included), and just surviving that long, she had a good three years and got to see so many things she never got to before and she loved it! I made sure to support her as long as was possible to make sure she had the courage and will to go until she couldn't. I lost her when I was 13....and I became homeless right after that. My world flipped and the happiness was just gone....I somehow survived and didn't give up because she didn't give up on her fight.
I started this year feeling sick, then when I went to the hospital over intense pain and worsening illness, I heard three words that I never thought I would hear again...."You have cancer". I had cancer....and I wasn't sure if I was going to survive it to be honest....it's not often that you can just suddenly get cancer and be fine ya know....and the type I had typically only happens to elderly people so it was very unusual for it to happen to me but it did. I thought about not fighting it....just going on with life and letting fate decide for me....being alone for a long time cause that type of thought....but I wasn't alone and am not alone. My roommate and friend for life said she would help in any way that I needed so we could fight it and beat it! So I started the treatments after the first two surgeries attempting to remove the cancer. I got weaker and weaker....I was barely able to eat or drink and she was an angel who helped me through it every step of the way. She would help me in bed....out of bed....literally gave me baths because I couldn't myself....and she drove 4 hour long trips nonstop to get me to every treatment and 4 hours back everytime knowing how the traffic is here and knowing she can't see too well at night. When I lost my long hair it hurt....it hurt bad because of what it meant to me....I had grown it out ever since my mom lost her hair, so this was like 12 years of growing it....To see it just vanish like it did within a single week of treatments it crushed me....My angel showed me that it is just hair and it will come back thicker and more beautiful than before...she shaved her head when I shaved mine. She cried when I cried....and she helped me to get to where I am now. It's been 4 months since the 3rd and final surgery and the last of the chemo treatments. I got the best news I could have gotten when the 3 month scans were done, It's gone. The cancer is gone and there's no trace of it....I won. I won because I was helped with all the things I couldn't help my mom with....I wasn't strong enough to lift her to help her out when I was that young...I did what I could but it wasn't enough and she still smiled the last day I saw her, still smiled at me knowing I did whatever I could have and that is why she lasted 3 years instead of 6 months.
But seeing people shave their heads to show their support for cancer victims....and survivors....to those people, I really would love to just hug them with all my strength and just hold them there as they are genuinely heroes to those of us who have to and have had to go through that very difficult battle....If my mother had an angel by her side like I did, life would have gone very differently for me and my life would never have been as bad as it was back then. But my story is one of millions....that tend to go unnoticed and unheard. There are still good people in the world, though they are very rare these days....

2:55 Some years back, I was on my way to meet my mom and grandmother for lunch one rainy Sunday when they left church. On my way, I saw a local cop stop traffic on the main road through town to protect a lost dog as he cross the street. It cost the cop nothing but a few seconds of his time and may have well saved the dog's life and the owner's and drivers from having a very sad day.
What amazes me the most is that these acts of kindness cost the giver so little, if anything, but have immense value to those who receive.

Agree, just from the heart. Those such as the marriage proposal are extravagant acts, done to impress, but they're not acts of kindness and don't belong in this particular video.

Watching these acts of kindness made me cry a lifetime worth of manly tears 😭😭😭... It made me realize i did not do much in my life for other beings, starting from my mother who sacrified herself for my well being, always smiles to me and supports me even though she struggled so much in her life, i feel like i'm a trash for not having tried to do better than i did until now... May God reward all people who kindly treat others and give us faith and courage to do well in our lives. Thank you @Interesting Facts for posting this heart warming video 👍🏻.

The fact that that guy ran into the house for his dog doesn’t surprise me AT ALL. I thought “that’s crazy” for about half a second then I thought “what if it was my dogs” wouldn’t hesitate.
If we search far and wide, then we can find there are innumerable good human beings are there everywhere.
And if not then we may try to do a small act of kindness. Believe me it won't gonna to make your any loss but it will give you a sigh of relief.

My old Spanish teacher used to have cancer and since then every year during thanks giving she would go to the hospital and give flowers to the patients. She loved telling us stories about her family and how they help people. She always encouraged us to do good for other, she did this by telling us to do good things for people for one month and and every time we helped someone we would fill out a sheet and she would hang it on a wall outside the classroom. She told us if we could fill the wall up by the end of the month she would send a picture to the Ellen show. She would also use class time to give us advice in life and how important life is and to appreciate all the small things. I truly believe she made me a better person and I’m grateful that I got to have her as my teacher. She put in so much effort to make sure we all got a good education. She would make class so much fun and on our birthdays she would let us wear a big had and she would sing happy birthday to us while pulling on our ears the amount of the age were turning.

That Ambulance doesn't take you to the hospital but to the landfill or dump site. lol
