I think the first thing Nigerians need to understand is that diasporans bring a lot of knowledge and exposure from a country that has a functioning system. There needs to be a shift in their mentality. How this can be achieved should be the first discussion.

Morayo; Many Nigerians in Diaspora out there would like to assist the brothers and sisters back home to create jobs, and contribute to the social development for the benefit of the Nigerian citizens as a whole. What Nigerians can do to make it possible for the Nigerian investors in Nigeria are the following:
    • Nigerians should shun all forms of corruption from the President to the main Street people
    • Nigerians must honest in their daily activity
    • Nigerians must be self discipline and commitment
    • Nigerians should speak the truth all the time not liars
    • Nigerians should not steal from one another especially from the investors who want to help
    • Nigerians must take their job assignments seriously and complete job on time possibly
    • Nigerians must go to work on time not when you decide to work; 8AM is not 9AM you showed up
    • Every Nigerian should report an illegal activity seen around them to the high authorities
    • Nigerians should not trust anyone words but proof and verify
    • Every eligible Nigerian should VOTE for their preferred candidate; don’t absent from polling
    • booths
    • For overhaul, Nigerians should CHANGE THEIR MIND SET for the better
If you need more what Nigerians can do to help the investors bring money back to Nigeria, write me and I’ll be glad to offer you more vision paths to reduce poverty in Nigeria.
