That shaft straightener is fantastic. I have one, however, I believe it was used for finishing gut for bows, because it is grooved too small for a shaft. I think that is a great find and a kind of artifact that is often missed in debris scatter.
The one you said, you don't know what it is....it was ornamental for the nose, stick it up to your nose. With the hole end up to your nose, and hanging down like a mustache.... seriously..Thanks for the honour of seeing your collection, Sir.
Wow, what an awesome collection! Never seen anybody who had so many artifacts. Just a beautiful collection you have there. I have a turquoise colored rock about 2 1/2 inches wide with 3 perfectly rounded off corners. I have no idea what it would have been used for. In my area we don't even have that type of color of rocks. Would you have any ideas?
Super nice artifacts ! Are they from one site ? A suggestion on filming , I set my camera up on a tripod and it makes for a nice steady film job . Enjoyed your video .
We've Many mounds around here in Carolina where I live. Nothing in the mound, they worshipped on the mounds.the Creek's & Spring's around the mounds are full of atifacts. I've Never hunted points around a spring Head an didn't find shard's of pottery, point's or something....
Maybe your soul wasn't in it,I find them when I'm not looking, it's like it says to me "Look here" an I look an there's an Arrowhead, atl-latl point, axe, adz, ETC. Just been waiting for me to take it to lay with the other's.
@@buffaloman55 I am from the northern front range of Colorado and although at least 4 different tribes used this area I have never found anything worth mentioning. You are a very lucky man. GD

How do you know those are shaft straighteners or smoothers? I have a mano that is smooth on one side and has the straight groves on the other side. But the grooves are not that deep.
@@buffaloman55 are you ever going to explain why you were burying the pieces you found in the still crazy after all these years video? You must like messing with people.
