I,m new to baking, but have given these a try. I used smoked paprika instead of mustard, and I had to use a little more flour. Baked for 20 mins at 200 degrees. They came out lovely.

Tip: Never roll out scone dough; just pat it out with your hand. Great recipe. I love your pastry brush. Thank you.

In the process of making these scones, the cheese I am using is not that strong so I’ve added a couple of teaspoons of Parmesan to liven them up, hope all goes well:-)
Update, scones great but stronger cheese next time for me I thing, I managed 25 scones out of my 210g but very small diameter. Keep em coming and don’t give up blogging, it grows in the end.

Lovely video!! But I'm intrigued to see that you managed to get 21 scones from that amount of dough!! Have to say that I find it incredible that 50 people could give your video a 'thumbs down'. Utterly unjustified. Don't become disheartened!! Peter from London :)

@@margarettapuvae6164 on my digital scales( everyones scales could be different. ) 210grams. Only part if the method l never follow is rolling out with a rolling pin. I dont do it. I find it best to handle scone dough as little as possible and press my dough out by hand before cutting them. Hope this helps.
