- In this week's Cache Walk we are in Alloway, Scotland the birthplace of the poet Robert Burns. We are taking friends geocaching as we find places linked to this famous Scottish poet. Come for a walk around and see the cottage where he was born and the famous Brig O' Doon the bridge in the poem Tam o'Shanter.

Lovely to catch up with your friends. Beautiful countryside too!
Yes, great to meet after so long. Wonderful day to film in such an iconic location.
Great video. Loved it.
Thanks Shelagh glad you liked it.
Must have been a fabulous meet up at the other side of our planet, yes! We must have found quite a few of the geocaches radiating from the Robbie Burns centre. Did you find the most excellent regular cache in the visitors centre? Also a small screw top cache between the car park and the centre. Beautiful altogether and a nice memory for us.
Thanks so glad you liked it. Yes, great meeting John again and you too. Not sure how we missed the one at the visitors centre.
What an experience it must have been to get together with someone you haven't seen for so many years!
It was a special day. We found out that we had both become teachers and both married girls from our school days.
Wow how amazing you all got to meetup! I was in the area a few years ago but missed it myself. Looks a lovely place thats for sure! Shame i missed it.
Yes, great to meet again. I had been there about 40 years before but could not find John in the phone book. Years later the Internet came along and I received a message from John 🙂
