Anchor it down good. 75 mph gusts. Steel form stakes work well. If build more you might want to either put it on more of an angle or leave the rear verticals long so you can pivot the panel rack. Sun is low during winter and high during summer. If the rack is fixed you need to compromise the angle to a midpoint between what is best during the different seasons. I am located in the White Mountain area. I have 3 different solar systems, all fixed. You might also want to paint the racks. Wood doesn't last long in the high desert.
