Will definitely try this one out! I live near Bacchus Marsh in Victoria and they grow beautiful apples there. We're coming out of lockdown and I'll be able to travel there in a few weeks! (Not Apple season but nearly cherry and strawberry season!) I love watching your vids. It was also lovely to see your garden over the last few vids and now that you're going into Autumn I can see that your sun kissed tan is fading 🤭 keep up your lovely videos and can we see more of your garden too?

No way! I literally made an apple pie 3 days ago. It didn't look as good as yours. My crust wasn't very pretty. But it held the pie. I'll have to try your crust next time. The mini pies remind me of empanadas. Well I think it's very likely that I'll make this recipe in the near future. I'll keep you posted.
That is a great suggestion. It will require a little extra work on my part. I may not be able to do every recipe, but I will try to keep it in mind. Thank you so much for your support!
Chef Ani -- I tried these but with a dangerous change of plans: I used Krusteaz All Purpose Gluten Free Flour. (Wifey won't touch'em if gluten present.) I did not get the flour to clump at all until I added almost 3 times the water. They came out okay-ish but I'm wondering if you have a gluten free dough recipe you'd recommend. Or will it just not work for this? THANKS FOR BEING AWESOME and CHARMING.
