I remember I did every fight on my old channel before it got deleted (thanks TH-cam, &_&). If you wanna get the points to get the more powerful end bosses, use the Nuclear Pulse cause points are also determined by the power of attacks, not just health and time remaining. Getting prefects is not needed but it helps, the best ones to use Nuclear Pulse on and possibly get prefects on are Anguirus and Showa King Ghidorah, and maybe Showa Mechagodzilla and Heisei King Ghidorah. And avoid Biollante Rose Form, she is easy to beat but ruin your time and health bonus as she's time consuming to beat. Finally has to be on hard. Not much can be done about the bonus stages. Hope this helps.
Thanks for the video, SuperGodzillaGaming! I'm still surprised by how difficult this game appears to be, and this is still only the easy mode! By the way, I have some questions for you. 1. Do you know why the developers decided not to start small and have a very large roster for the first game in this series? The sequel on the Super Nintendo is the one people would normally expect to be the first in the series. It feels they overextended themselves for the first game, and then realized that they should cut back on the content and polish it. 2. Why was Rodan not in Godzilla: Destroy All Monsters, the sequel to this game? One would think that out of all the characters who would be safe from being cut, it would be a member of Toho's Big Five, but apparently that wasn't the case. 3. Once your playthrough for Battle Legends is done, what game will your next playthrough cover?
1-2) No idea. I always thought Kaijuu Daikessen on the SNES was the first! It's like starting with Godzilla: Save the Earth but cutting back to GDAMM's roster. However, I can say with certainty that the roster on the SNES is far more polished and fun. The one here is... not so much. Strange how Rodan appears here and is absent in the sequel, while Mothra is absent here and appears in the next. 3) Mayyyybe that English translated Godzilla: Monsters Attack game, if I can get the patch working without issue.
So I've wanted to play this game for a while. Is there a way to play this on an emulator? I've tried looking and haven't had any luck.. If someone could help me out I'd really appreciate it
There is! You'll have to locate a ROM of the game (known simply as "Godzilla" in English), and an emluator like "TurboEngine". These kinds of emulators require BIOS files, which are .PCE format. I think this game runs on "V3.00"
That intro cutscene seemed a little compressed and crunched, was that the game or on your end? Also, what system exactly was this released for? How are you playing this now?
Ah my favorite, so glad you're covering this one
Ohhhh .. I love this kaiju Game
