Ingredients:
1 can whole kernel corn
1 10.5 oz Campbell’s® Cheddar Cheese Soup
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese
8.5 oz corn muffin mix OR (2 cups) (Homemade corn muffin mix)
Homemade Corn Muffin Mix:
1 cup corn meal
1 cup all-purpose flour
¾ cup sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 360F
To a bowl, add all of your ingredients and mix together. If making your own corn muffin mix; start with dry ingredients.
Grease your pan with butter or cooking spray so the sides don't stick.
Add batter to the pan and 11 x 9 inch pan and cook for 35-40 minutes until done.
Set aside and allow to cool, drizzle honey butter and enjoy!
