I have one of these for work. It is amazing! So very solid and powerful for the price and battery life keeps me confident in the ability to make it through a day of meetings.
Hello Lon, if you could make a comparison between hp pavilion aero 13 (you also reviewed) with this lenovo thinkbook 13s gen2, which one would you pick for photo editing with adobe lightroom ? Thanks, keep doing the great work !
Hey Lon, are you getting the Thinkbook 13s Gen4? This is the one with the new Ryzen 6000 APUs which have the RDNA 2 graphics! Would love to see a review of the new version of this laptop
i respect your opinion. i think the webcam is just crap and every 10 year old phone got a better camera. in times of corona virus this is no-go hardware, no matter if this is a business notebook or for private use.
Hi Lon - Unfortunately the $745 Intel model you mentioned and reviewed is sold out. There is a similarly priced AMD Ryzen 5 4600U version, but with a WUXGA (1920x1200) display instead of the WQXGA (2560x1600) featured in your video. It seems to me the AMD version is a downgrade given the different display but I have no idea how the processors compare. Do you agree, or would you say they're roughly comparable?
@@LonSeidman Thanks, I thought that to get lower performance with 11th gen that you had to go I3 1125G4. There must be an unlisted I5 11th gen or 10th gen is also available with this laptop?
Personally I think it would be cool if there was an AMD Ryzen version. Mainly because I like their integrated graphics better with the power of Radeon Vega

Every laptop camera sucks. I think the surface laptops and MacBooks only have good webcams
I don't understand the soldered ram units. What if it fails ?? Can we change that ? Or should we need to replace whole board ?
Hello there, can we get a review for the 14s gen2 intel model of this thinkbook??
Back to the mother ship. Man I missed that saying lol
I said it for you! :)
Hey Lon, just wanna ask, can this model be opened by one hand? Thanks
Just bought one in excellent condition for 325! Feels like robbery lol!
Is this laptop worth $1000? Anything else out there that's better, more reliable at the same price point?
Check out the acer swift x. It has an rtx 3050 ti with great colour accuracy and battery health.
360 Gang!

I would like to know if I can use Adobe Illustrator software as well as accounting software on this?
Is it a 16gb ram ?
And an ios 7 ?
I think you meant I3 version instead of I5 when you said that their was a lower performance version available.
There's a lower performance i5 available in some markets
