Buzz, Woody, Jessie, Mr. Incredible, Elastigirl, Frozone, Anger, Disgust, Joy, & Fear decided to try out for the originator of the racing genre in the event where Disney Speedstorm gets shuttered. As the old saying goes, if you can't beat 'em, join 'em. Mei Lee & Remy (who's in the thumbnail, but not the compilation itself, for some reason) are dejected that they're still not in Disney Speedstorm (yet), so they're hanging with the plumber mostly just to piss the mouse off until he makes up his mind. Mater's probably just here for inspiration of a new Tall Tale, and a new chance to put Lightning McQueen through chaos with his patented "You were there too!".
