This is a beautiful stitch pattern. BTW, with a lot of pattern tutorials, I tend to mute the music… then I found your channel and turned up the volume, LOL. I was jamming and learning. 🤣❤
This pattern stitch is so elegant and would put a new look on a baby blanket but also a lovely, ,just a few inches below waist, shrug! Thank you for sharing!
I absolutely love this pattern 😊 It will be my next project for a lap blanket 🧶🪡🧶 Thank you so much for going very slowly. This certainly makes it so much easier for beginners like me. Thank you 🙏🏼🪷🙏🏼 x
This pattern is so pretty! I was wondering how you might change the colours? I was hoping to make a striped scarf with the ridges horizontal. Would that be possible?
Thank you so much! 🥰 🙏 You can definitely change the colors in various ways to create different effects. For example, you can switch colors every two rows or every four rows. Another option is to create "color blocks" by working multiple rows in the same color before switching to a new color. 😊 To achieve horizontal stripes, you can work the scarf horizontally instead of vertically: this means that the foundation chain should be the desired length of the scarf (instead of the width), and then you can continue with the pattern as usual. This way, the ridges will appear horizontally instead of vertically. 😊 I hope this helps and happy crocheting!
I’m a beginner and love the pattern. I appreciate that you didn’t go fast and the stitches are easy but it would be helpful if you kept repeating the stitches notes for each row. But that’s me trying follow and do the stitches at the same time. And the music ok but made it harder to follow because the words were repeating. But thank you for video and remember that theirs beginners out here.😊 11:2611:26
Thanks so much! 🙏🥰 You can pause the video while you do the stitches, or you can get the chart of this pattern here: massivecrochet.com/b/7gSeW. 😊 I didn't understand your last sentence...?!? 🤔
I just came across this pattern and had to laugh. The last couple weeks I have been crocheting something similar. Only mine is done in sets of 3., ie 3 sc then 3 drop down dc, drop down for stitch on the front side and just scaling the wrong side. I am nearly finished and have not yet decided on a border. I may mrp just do a few rounds of sc followed by a crab stitch on the last round. I have not found anything yet that I think would go well with this pattern. Have you found any suitable border for this one that you can recommend? I do adore the pattern, thank you for all your videos. They are well videoed and your explanations are quite clear. I have just had another niece announce her first pregnancy…so I will be looking through your patterns for ideas for her baby blanket. 😀 I hope you are having a great weekend! Love from Scotland.
Thank you Shelley! 🥰 🙏 I'm glad to hear that you're enjoying my work! I'm sure you'll find plenty of useful ideas among my patterns for your niece's blanket. Congratulations to her! 🥳 Hand Happy crocheting to you! 😃 About the border, I would make just sc rows, not to lose the wonder of this pattern. Have a nice Sunday you, too!
This is a beautiful pattern, thank you for sharing. I am making it now after watching you. But... I do have a question. The bottom of mine keeps curling up on me, will it be okay to just do a border later and that will correct it? Mine does not seem to lay flat in the middle where the 4 single crochets are is really dipped inwards.
Thank you very much! 🥰 🙏 Sometimes it could work, but in this case it's better if you adjust it from the beginning: make sure that your crochet hook matches the yarn you're using. I suggest you to work with a very soft yarn, like mine, and not too thick. Moreover, don't crochet too tight: it's very important to keep an even tension throughout your work. 😊
Im disappointed that it seems hardly anyone is giving verbal instructions along with the tutorial. Im one of those people that need that and have passed so many patterns because its just music. Very cool though.
I can assure you that if you follow the tutorial and the written instructions in the video carefully, you will not need the verbal instructions and you will be able to do it with ease. 😊 I'm glad you like it, thanks a lot. 🙏 ❤️ 🥰
I didn't give it a name at the moment. It's difficult to give a name to hundreds pattern. 😅 Anyway, in the video you'll find the name of all the stitches used to make this pattern. 😊

Hi ...how much stitch we need to cast for a muffler for adult lady
Hi, it depends on various factors, mainly the yarn you're using and the length you want to achieve. 🤷🏻♀️
Which row do we change colors
There are different ways, each two rows, for example. 😊
Love the pattern,love the music.
Thank you so much! ❤️
🙏
😊
Is this pattern double sided ?
It's just one side, actually, even if the wrong side is brilliant, too! You can watch how it looks like at the end of the video. 😊
You say you can buy the charts but are they charts or written instuctions?
As it's written: crochet charts. In the video tutorial you can find the written instructions.
@@massivecrochet Yes I see the instructions at the top but what ply for example is soft yarn?
@@suec1219 This is a blended yarn.
I have a dilemma. Why are the edges curling in to the cables? Thank you!
If your overall stitch tension is a bit too tight, this tightness can be concentrated at the edges, causing them to curl. 😊
