I love your channel. I'm a big fan. I also admire your attitude of sharing your knowledge. lending his time and affection to those who watch. Thank you very much. I wish you endless success🥲👉🤎
your videos are very great and inspiring - could you divide the videos into chapters so that you can watch individual steps directly again without having to search for a long time. Just a suggestion, maybe others will find it helpful too.
warping produce quite a big distortion at the base of the circle. if you aim for such result it is ok. If not, then I would just use one dome as a base, and cut out holes (honeycomb) in one circle pattern, along Z axis and pattern the cut along the Y axis. this would make the cuts same size. Of course the step gap has to be calculated (could be formula dependent on the radius).
Okay, I understand your point but it's not possible to make a honeycomb sphere or hemisphere with the same size of hexagons only, we also need some pentagons to adjust all the hexagons on a spherical surface
This is one of the best examples in a tutorial section, but certainly not the best in the solution. I am surprised that there is no feature in SW as to pattern points of the complex surface and Cut/Extrude Normal to surface a shape.. I mean you can do that while patterning along curve, but not along surface.

So I’m assuming this would work with your own custom sketches and splines on the surface if you wanted to rather than using a full pattern? Thanks for posted. I was singing to the piano music too
Hello. I really like your channel and thank you for sharing. I'm also trying to learn Solidworks. I want to use Solidworks to draw a tent. But I don't know where to begin. Can you make a video sharing how to draw a tent in Solidworks? Please help me. Thank you so much!
@@EasyCADSolutions Yes, I read the help and that's why. Anyway I created a surface by calculating the area of the hemisphere, and drew a circle with that area and completed the model, problem solved, for now :) thank you.
On 8:00 a big question appears. We converted entities, and we exited the Sketch. And somehow on 8:04 we immediatelly appear with opened Wrap tool! Maybe you cut the video in this way, that you cut out moment when you press Wrap tool. I ask because this tool is problematic for me, it works when it wants, not when I want to use it, sometimes when I press wrap tool it does not even work. Very unusual one
@@EasyCADSolutions Your resolutions is so high you can see your house in the back?? The glare on the part shows windows and stuff, like a living room. Whose house is it?
Wtf you really put the “easy” in easy cad solutions. Thank you so much!!!

Damn. Not possible with my ver 2015. It could not do the Convert Entities operation. I hate when this happens.
Yes, choosing an internal sketch option is not available in Solidworks 2015
I cannot do surface flatten, the command is greyed out!, any suggestions?
I think you are using Solidworks Professional
In the professional version some of the commands are greryed out
