Does this golf ball using the geodesic icosahedral pattern?
Yes, it follows but i make it by using football shape.

You can't warp hemispherical dents

No, Diameter is 213mm (200+(6.5X2))
@@EasyCADSolutions Where do they play golf with 20cm balls?
It's a practice model only you can do any diameter
But you can scale it down to the required diameter by using scale feature in Solidworks
