Hello. Grat video thank you. I was trying to follow it though but on my triton2 screen there is no depth option to choose under depth/speed section. Just various speed options. I have standard B&G DST 810 connected. What am i am doing wrong?
Is Depth a separate option under the main menu of options? How old is your Triton 2? Have you done the updates to the software on the Triton 2? Please let me know, I’ll see what I can do to help you.
@@HomesBoatsTravelbyJoseTorres Hi, thank you very much for quick response. I purchased and installed triton2 last year spring. I also updated software late summer last year. I won't be able to quote it exactly but it was list of avaliable settings, one of them depth/speed and sub menu of three different kinds of speed. No depth option to choose in sub menu. No separate depth options in settings. I don't know if it matters but I am based In UK. Perhaps different software??
@@HomesBoatsTravelbyJoseTorres Ive just checked my Triton 2 in Settings and Pages and the GPS is ticked Strange but True oh well! thank you anyway like the other comment now I know I will be messing with different page options
Thank you Ive learnt so much more information from your videos than I have from the B&G manual. I have a question (sorry) if I dont have my Vulcan switched on the Triton 2 panels shows no GPS signal available do you know if theres a way to show the the information without switching on my Vulcan?
Thank you for the feedback. You would have to go to the device list on the Triton 2 and switch it so it takes the GPS information from the GPS puck instead of the Vulcan. That way it will give you GPS position without the Vulcan being on.
Thanks for sharing. I didn't know you can do this, now I'm going to mess with all my pages.
Glad I could help!
With your explanation I'm sure I have won more than an hour fighting with menus THX🍻
Glad it helped you!
Thanks so much for this. I was wondering how to do this.
You are welcome! Any time.
Short and on point, thank you was great!
Glad it was helpful!
Hi, your videos are very good. Can you explain how to calibrate the boatspeed and vind direction on the Triton 2?
