I'll never forget it: My only year pitching in Little League (bc all the actual pitchers were hurt) I gave up a HR to someone who was playing with a cast (broken thumb). Hurt my entire heart watching that ball fly. It was the very 1st game pitching too.
I’m wondering if it would be ok to start off a 16 year old’s weekly bullpen session with one of these drills. Schedules sometimes only permit time for one bullpen session with a one-on-one coach and it would be great to start or finish the session with one of these drills, unless that would put to much stress on his arm.
Thanks for the great video Juan! I love the idea of adding variables to the equation, instead of having a pitcher just throw off a mound when hes struggling to find his command... definitely gonna try these with my 12yr old.
In high school, as long as you can hit your spot you’re good bro. If I were u, I’d work on pitch locations more than velo, velo comes but u gotta make sure u hit your spot bro. Best of luck man ball out !💯💯💯

This is a good mental exercise, being able to perform in an adverse situation makes it 'easy' to perform under normal circumstances
Do a video on how to shorten to the ball in your swing. That would help me out a lot. Thanks
Will do!
