    I have being falling you for some time now but wasn't a subscriber until lately. I am a nature person, it's awesome getting oneself lost in such environment as the one you are in at the moment. Tranquility to its fullest. Life may seems difficult at times but we need not to burden ourselves with unnecessary worries. I would advise anyone who is somewhat depressed to join the audience. This is definitely one of the channels that promotes wellness, speaking from experience. Nature refreshes the mind, it's therapeutic to the whole mental structure. Life is a gift from God lets embrace it, live it to the fullest. The fact is, being surrounded with nature is having God in our presence.

    I agree it's the wonderful food and drink. Plus the beauty of the island. But, what truly makes Jamaica special, are the WONDERFUL PEOPLES! That's my opinion. My Dad and Stepmom has moved back there. I'm so looking forward to visit. Real soon!!.. Much Respect Cousins 🙇‍♀️

    Ms. Sally needs a higher fire 🔥 pit so she doesn't have to bend that low. I appreciate the process 😊.

    Brother from american blacks swear by this stuff. My mom would warm it and pour it in our ear for ear infections, she would also use as laxative

      @sheronrobinson1544 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      No! Grate coconut, mixed with warm or room temperature water, strain, let sit overnight or at least 4 hours, skum the cream on top place in a pot then add fire to bring that cream to boil. There's a difference hete, you dont beat coconut 😮😮

    Beating castor is just like beating cocoa from the tree when sun dried and parched to make chocolate for tea with the good old martar and stick. RIP GRANDMA.
