A smile appeared on my face when I saw another instalment had been updated. As you're in Canada you're an early riser Sir. This is something I'll definitely be making. I'm just about to sit back and relax for six minutes and thirty four seconds.....

Another great video and nice molding plane you have. I've been looking for one for a while here in Memphis but I've no luck yet. One will pop up at an antique store or estate sale one day.

Multiple skills on display here. The one I'm most impressed with was taking a concept to completion. For me, the concept is the most difficult part.

The pull looks like it was made from ivory. Very nice. I subscribed after watching this. I will be exploring your channel for a while. Looks like you do excellent work. Great attention to detail.

Thanks Drew- you're right, it does look like ivory. Holly is an amazing wood with tight, white grain. Very nice to work and perfect for this application!

What is the brand, and types of saws you used in this video? I am just starting to put together my workshop and put together some tools. I really want to lean towards the unplugged approach. When I buy tools I don't want to go cheap, and from the looks of your work you don't do so either.

Howard, thanks for the interest. I'm using Bad Axe backsaws. They're top notch . You will not be disappointed with these saws!

The drawer pull was made out of holly. It's usually used for stringing and banding, but works well for details like this.
Thanks for the interest and all the best-
