I guess the entry is only relevant for Passives like Haunted Healing, Haunted Acceleration, etc. But ya, I don't appreciate missing the quad-queue b/c zone goes away before Sync. I really wish he got some kind of countdown in his Grid. Actually, I'd very much appreciate if they gave him both horizontal and vertical expansions w/ a better Sync multiplier (just sth simple, like Brainpower should be good), and then many countdown tools like Haze: Propulsion 9, Max Countdown 2, etc. That's just my pipe dream, I know it's not on their radar, but w/e.
It would matter if you want to sync with other units in the 1st sync. With EX thou, field roles SET their field effects before sync, so their 1st sync gets the benefit of the zone
@@adorkablesh1t52 That much is fine, I'm just worried about the opponent queuing up a Sync move (under reduced countdown parameters, which I decided to pick up b/c no Ghost-weak meant no Standard Damage Reduction) or an aoe move that can wipe him out before he has the ability to Max Phantasm (all-around stronger than his Sync at 0 Sync buffs, but still not worth using until after first Sync). This wouldn't be an issue at all if his Sync was strong enough to perform a denial though.
@@emerfirek you mean under 2.5k CSMM his sync cant deny even the side? Im pretty much sure it can especially ontype, unbuffed sync 5 + ghost zone is strong enough to KO the sides on 1st sync
Hope we get a new vid on the lodge pokefair free scout thing... I'm unsure on who to pick, stuck thinking between Raihan and Marnie, the only ones I don't have yet, and while I don't think either of them will get much use (especially at 1/5), I think I may go for Raihan?
I think Raihan is still the best pick. Especially since he might get Max moves in the future still, like Leon Charizard. So he also becomes a Sand setter.
Gigalith is also a pretty useful unit (compared to Toxicroak at least), but just keep in mind that w/o some form of countdown or a secondary Sand setter/Sand Alert unit, the sand will go away before the first Sync. On the other hand, base Raihan may want many copies/candies to stand alongside other great units, while Marnie's Power Trip dps remains pretty constant through all move levels (leaving her at 1/5 is comparatively ok, unless you're interested in her Electric Sync).
I think it sets it up before your sync so sync always has zone first time
I like how Victor get set up Ghost zone in the beginning and when he uses his sync move.
A free Ghost type unit is always welcome!
