in this tutorial we will see that how can we control led with digital pin using arduino.

Required Hardware:

LED
220 ohm & 10K ohm Resistors

yes no need of bread board..but u have to code in arduino software and paste this program file in arduino which is in proteus .

Why u have grounded the other end of the push button.Is it necessary?
Yes it is necessary. The input should either be sending Low or High signal to the Arduino. If you do not put the pull down resistor, it will not send Low signal when the the push button is not pressed. If there is a resistor, then it will send the Low signal to the Arduino when the push button is not pressed (through the resistor) and it will send a High signal when the button is pressed. To understand this better, you should properly understand the concepts of (a) Pull down and Pull up resistors and (b) Construction of the 4 pin push button.
