    음 제가 태권도 시범단으로 활동중인데 540 외발턴 저런식으로 연습하셔도 되지만 저렇게 하시면 720 어려워요 태권도 식으로하는게 회전이 제일잘되고 홍이님이 말씀하신 간지도 더 많구요 그리고 뒤후리기도 저렇게 하시면 안되요 말로 설명하기 힘드네요 유튜브 찾아보시면 하는법 나올거에요 그렇게 하셔야 더 잘찹니다( 홍이님 비판은 아닙니다 )

      지우님~~맞아요~ 사실태권도식으로도 저도 태권도하는형한테 뒤후리기를 배웠지만 기본 몸에 적응된게있어서 힘들더라구욥ㅎㅎ 글구 720회전은 지우님말처럼 태권도식으로 하는게 답이지유!:)

      발차기는 진짜 튜토리얼할때만 연습하는듯해요 ㅎㅎ 전 발차기보단 덤블링이 더 재밌는듯 해요

    태권도 발차기식 회전발차기는 아니네요. 잘찬다는 개념이 다 다르겠지만 태권도 발차기랑 달라서 잘 못찬다고 느끼는분이 있는것 같은데 상당히 깔끔하게 잘 차는겁니다. 무대용으로는 저렇게 후리는 동작이 크고 위로 그려져야 그림이 잘 나오는데 그런면에서는 태권도 발차기보다 좋다고 보이구요

    홍이님은 좋은데 회전을 조금 빨리하는 느낌이 있네요 회전 타이밍을 좀 늦게 잡으면 띄우는 것도 잘하시니까 900도 회전까지 가능할것 같아요

      홍이 예술학교 저도 처음에 홍이님처럼 회전타이밍을 너무 빨리 잡아서 회전을 많이 못 돌았는데 최대한 회전타이밍 늦게 잡으니까 900도도 나오고 또 팝720도 나와서요

    태권도 12년 하면서 배우고 싶었는데
    못배웠던거 지금 합기도에서 배우고 있습니다
    턴차기만 하다가 외발턴 ,540 할려니까 못하겠어요 지금 외발턴 연습하는데 계속 차라차라 하는데 발이 마비가 와서 턴차기는 잘차는데 외발턴이다 라는걸 생각만하면
    발이 안차져요 하 참 답답해요 ,

      연습이 답.. 후리기도 그냥 기본기 연습이 답인것 같아요~

    보면 540° 마지막 발차기전에 회전이 떨어질때 쯤 몸을 한번 튕기면서 차시는데 느낌좀 알려주실수있나요?\
    회전이 살짝 떨어지다가 튕기면서 한바퀴정도 돌 수 있는 회전력을 만들어주는거 같은데

      아 그런가요!? 정확하진 않지만 아마 체공이 조금 생기면 자연스럽게 생기는것 같아요~ 결론은 연습이 답 인것같습니다 :)

    턴차기랑 뒤후리기는 태권도에서 진짜 오래 했고 잘하는데 이상하게 540도는 죽어라 해도 뭔가 몸도 안뜨고 돌기가 안되요ㅠㅠ 이유가 뭘까요. .

      차는 사람마다 개인차가 있어요! 뒤후려차기 교과서적인 자세는 태권도 하시는 분 영상 보시는게 더 좋을거에요! :) 전 우슈 베이스라 뒤후리기는 태권도 하는 형한테 어렸을때 배운거긴한데 많이 부족합니닷 :)

      너무 높게만 차려고 해서 그런거 아니에욥!? 일단 높게 차려하지 말고 천천히 조금씩 올려보는것도 방법!

    저 540도 할때 전부다 되는데 회전하고나서 중심 못잡아서 무너지는거랑 회전은 잘해도 발을 못 후리는데 피드 좀 주실수있나요?

      아직 연습이 부족한듯요.. 회전하고 중심 못잡으면 아직회전에대한 본인몸 컨트롤이 안되는듯요. 일단한번에 세게차려하지말고 그냥 회전후 다리살짝 뻗는정도로 적응해나아가보세욥.아님 다리차지말고 회전연습먼저ㄱㄱ

      상체가 너무 기울어져서 그럴겁니다 그게 저가 외발턴은 잘하는데 540도가 안됐던 이유입니다.

      @@sunjongyun5694 720은 540이랑은 거의 완전 다른 회전방법이라고 보셔야합니다. 정말 간단한팁은 1번발을 점프 뜨고나서 제기 차듯이 모양잡고 도셔야합니다
