We just started getting them in Saudi Arabia 2 years ago and Changan took the market by storm, along side Haval and MG, they are so cheap but the quality is decent so people ate them up quickly, and I am yet to hear any real complaints, they seem to be actually good, for their price

Everything else notwithstanding, this looks really good from the outside. You can clearly see design elements of other cars, but then avoiding it gets ever harder and I'd say if you must borrow, borrow well.
Acura has a skeleton existence in the Chinese market (despite the effort of churning out a China-only CDX). The Chinese often mock that it's just an upscale Chang'an because of the logo. Same for Infiniti - popular indigenous brand Qi'rui's logo somehow resembles it upside-down.
The front end is gorgeous. So many of the Chinese designs have a certain flow...end to end. The side body panels that accentuate the overall body design. Good work.

This car could be much better..it has potential.. they just need to really invest more.. my observation, the core of the exterior design is great, it went a little far with that orange color lines, makes it immature.. the interior also went a little far with that PC gaming chair design, again makin it immature.. replace the cheap materials inside with descent ones..engine is ok, powertrain as a whole maybe ok..make this a good car and just raise the price a little bit and its perfect

It looks like a crazy sporty McLaren suv. Trust me if this was an McLaren the western people would be all over it. Everything is about branding these days. The fact that this thing has level 3 autonomous driving is insane
Every Modern car looks the same. Just look at any car row in any carpark. Hyundai looks like Honda, Honda looks like Mazda, Mazda looks like Toyota, Toyota looks like Nissan, Nissan looks like Mercedes, Mercedes looks like BMW... ad infinitum All modern cars have such similar dimensions, similar/shared parts, derivative designs & even the same designers due to NCAP requirements
Not really feeling the fanny pack tbh, nice to see these Chinese cars though, always interested to see what's going on in their market. I'm expecting them to make some waves in the global EV market by 2030, so I'm definitely keeping an eye on them.
It seems to me that the steering wheel braid is dressed for a reason. It covers the shabby of the steering wheel material for three to four months of operation. And they will not accept it under warranty. They will say that you were holding the steering wheel with dirty hands, so it shabby. Для думающих людей! They are slowly making there way to the Caribbean they look good and have good prices for a futuristic car in all classes
Same here in Pakistan, there has been a massive influx of Chinese brands with decent & value to money vehicles.
China automotive styling has quickly evolved a boldness that will soon lead the world.
All in the matter of a decade or so.
All they do is copy. They can get better at copying like the Koreans. This is just a rip off of the french Peugeot 3008
