Semi...."sim-EYE"....I have no clue what a "sim-MEE" is and I drove long haul for 30 years Neighbor. And you will need a CDL to pull those legally because of the GCVW rating. And some experience pulling a lowboy or a car hauler because of the rear overhang and drop belly. That would be extremely easy to high center that unit or smack something making a tight corner. But for those who know how to maneuver it, what a house !! Or hire a driver like a yacht, the sleeper would serve as Captain's Quarters. I would have loved to of had THAT on tour. Nicer than a Tour Bus.

You guys will love my ideas because I love to push the limits with design. I want to do my Chefs kitchen in back of trailer and a second story lift that acts as a Cabbana bar and viewing balcony for race tracks and beach enjoyment. A Ferrari design color scheme with buck leather and crystal eched f1 interior design. Exterior will be a split Ferrari Scarlett 2tone color scheme with black and red trim Team Will Logo works design

You could see that it was a straight semi trailer frame, the underside was ‘hung’ from the frame, that ran the length of the trailer floor. These are meant to travel millions of miles.
Man I thought Montana luxe were the best spacecraft are the top tho I wouldn’t know what to do about water when the gallons run out how long will generator last weight capacity when using truck semi how to cook and when u take off from camping do u change the water or connect a hose to cycle water to shower clean cook also best to have room for 6 to 12 even a bed that lowers from the ceiling I’ve been in small campers lol this is something else even for electricity so when u go home I get it I’d have solar panels on my roof for charging but when u lark it in your house until u camp for another time what to do with the remaining water will it be bad and gas too say u go camping couple times a year it’s gonna sit and I don’t want it to go bad in a way lol even where to go camping where’s there’s a safe lake to swim with kids no amoeba’s woody and where to connect the water and light this is a monster camper where to go where’s there room hate to blow a tire help!!!
its legally classified as an RV, in the majority of states the classification over rules the vehicle weight, which imo is dumb. towing anything over 10 tons should require a CDL. The main reason it doesnt is because the C in CDL stands for commercial, which really only applies to actual transport services in most areas. is it dumb? yes. does it bother me? eh somewhat, you jackknife this thing and somebody is gonna die.
The only thing I liked, was the counter & backsplash in the "kitchen" area. This unit is not worth it. No cabinets, no stove, no closets ... so in addition to paying for this monster itself, you're looking at installing necessities of living. And: where does one stop to camp with this size unit!?? The decor I found bland in the .. main area (can't call that living room nor kitchen!) Granted, that's a question of personal taste. I stopped watching at the god-awful shower.

My truck and trailer combo is over 85.5 feet bumper to bumper and i cruise into down areas with no trouble.
