I ordered the IXO version of Nr 68 from 2019 Le Mans. Hope it will arrive soon. At 70 euro it is expensive, but still the cheapest option i can find here... Thank you for another great video!
Very nice models! I’m fond of the Ford #68. I bought the Mini GT version this weekend to get me over for now. Hoping Black Friday brings some sales to pick up the AUTOart version.
I hope indeed autoart's version will go for sale eventually. They are a pretty long time in stock and it doesnt seem that people are buying them because i think the the mean reason is they are to expensive. So hopefully autoart will dump them like they did back in the day with some of their difficult to sell models.
@@zzr600cc It wouldn't be Autoart dumping them, it would be the retailers!! I didn't want to pay the premium for the Autoart back in 2016. Ironically, if you were to try to find the Lemans winner #68 from Top Speed today, most sellers want Autoart prices for them!
@@diecastden Yeah its crazy isnt it? With that in mind for new collectors in the hobby ixo's version with their reasonable pricing is a blessing. Well see if there will be any discount with those Aa's eventually.
I am just confused by the Raced Version cars. They say Raced but they don't have all the grime build up of the real cars. So how is it raced? Trying to decide on what NASCAR Garage 56 car to purchase.
There are "weathered" and "finished line" versions that do have the build-up. Just not many. The Leman winning Ford Gt would have been a great one to actually have the effect applied. Look-up the actual car after its' win and you will see what I mean.
@@diecastden Yes I totally agree, that would be an awesome one to have after seeing it. Thank you for responding for one but secondly does that mean that the Garage 56 NASCAR Raced Version will be done with the Grime?
@@nathanielostrowski2437 Not sure, but the way the description reads on the Hendrick web-site, I get the impression, the race finished is with the dirt and grime.
Back than topspeed and minichamps where the first to release this model. Minichamps was way off scale compared to topspeed. I agree topspeed is rough having Glue marks etc. But their later releases looked a lot better like you mentioned with the wynn's car. Autoarts version is the best but way to expensive and plastic. Now ixo has released their fords to. Those are not bad for the price. Its better than minichamps sealed version. I Find The wynn's model the best version of topspeed such vibrant colors. If i would make a top 4 Autoart Topspeed Ixo Minichamps
@@zzr600cc I ordered one, the nr 68 from 2019 Le Mans. Around here IXO is the only one with an accessible price ... (even tho for me 70 euro is still a lot of money)
