My wife loved the relaxed travel of the train and this brings back fond memories of her. I succumbed to cancer 2 years ago and all these memories come back with the passage of this music.

I ask myself the same question, it should be a song that brings joy with its beauty and yet it doesn't for me. And I love trains too. Even discounting the comments filled with JoJo references/spoilers, the music and trains should be uplifting. I only felt this way after finishing JoJo Part 3 too.

I remember being just blown away in the 90's when I first heard it. it may be the "last" train but for me it was like the last of the first movement into a higher level of being. I was 40 yrs old and filled with hope and expectation. Its a beautiful world.
