this is NOT the usual stuff I post Ik☠️but I think a lot of ppl would love this video

Heres extra info I forgot to add in the vid:
- you can add facial hair to ur assets🤯(i.e: Bradley Silva's asset has a beard, sort of)
- if your asset base color is a VERY dark color, feel free to use white/a bright color for the face
- some spherical/circle objects don't use the circle tool (i.e: Garret (the watermelon guy)), so try to draw w/o the circle tool for objects like fruits, food, nature objects, etc

(+2 likes) I don’t think so: I use mobile too, and this is one of the most refined tutorials I seen on designing assets, let alone for any object show. Explained well step-by-step… Uses a program other than Animate… Needs more attention!

oh yea a little extra stuff u need to knwo that from what i learned cheesy dont use circle tool to make round stuff, most of them are hand drawn : p (cmiiw)
Oh yea thats true , I think mostly for sphere-shaped objects
If its for smth like the tiny teacup then I think its fine to use the circle (because like.. its not a full circle)
@@FungusSUCKAnope, the sphere shaped objects do use the circle tool! there's a bowling ball in one 14. generally the assets are only hand drawn if it's some kinda texture that wouldn't be completely straight like for example charise's fabric, most of the time they're done with curves so i actually prefer to use the ibispaint bezier curve tool for asset making
TIP: if your making a round character example: ball, egg etc use the circle tool in ruler or oval tool (if ur in ibis)

you dont need to use the digital brush. if your lines are blurry its probably cus you need to make your canvas size larger, thts it
also recommend using the stabilizer, it makes your lines much more smoother :-)

BTW I animate my stuff using flipaclip, Ibis does have animation feature but u can only use small canvas sizes + u cant import music into it💔 (tldr I dont rlly recommend Ibispaint for animation, if ur a mobile user flipaclip is the better option) (UNLESS ur an ipad user.. then u can buy toonsquid :-) literally 10× better than flipaclip)

Tip: if you wanna like, know the thickness of the brush you have to use, use pixelated instead of smooth its way better.

I wonder if you could use blending modes to get better details, i.e multiply layers for shading? Or does it break the hfjone style? Either way, I’m eating your assets.
Yeh u can, just avoid using gradients/ombre colors for shading

I dont really use ibispaint that much but I use flipaclip! Does that count??
U can use flipaclip but the glass-effect asset wont work the same way
