I figured out how to complete the third mission FIRST u need to have a female tier 3++ flier SECOND make a nest AFTER a egg is there do not invite people to nest them INSTEAD the people need to request you to nest them so u basically wait till people request u to nest them it doesn't matter which season it is

The venue mission hasnt been fixed in a WHILE, its so annoying cause i could do it pretty easily, but to get the spec i gotta go to trade.

For The third mission you have to nest three players as medium creature durning flowering
Medium creature +flier
Flowering is often durning spring or Sumer
