Hi Friends! Tonight I am sharing with you an updated night time cleaning routine. I am a SAHM so I wait until after the kids have gone to bed to start this cleaning routine and I keep it fairly quick and simple since I'm tired after a long day! This routine usually takes me between 30 minutes to an hour. So its a quick power hour! Thanks for watching!

Rio Davies our is actually propur but I totally agree! When we open the top of the filter and smell the water that’s in there before it’s filtered, it literally smells like a swimming pool because of the chlorine. Safe water is incredibly important!

Since I’ve started following you I’ve kept a much cleaner house. I love that you give a before, then a break down of your attack plan, and then music to jam to while *we* clean. I say we because I feel like I’m cleaning with a friend 😂
That dining table is so beautiful. My mom has a similar wooden one, to protect it from stains she just got a thick *see through/invisible* (3 or 4 millimeter) plastic table cloth - maybe if you want to avoid stains, that cloth is super useful. I didn't know those thicker cloths exist before and are not that ugly, maybe that would be useful for you :) if you don't need that, just ignore that part of my comment haha

I used to put my glass measuring cups in the dishwasher until the measures were washed off. Now I hand wash them. Is the Thrives safe for natural stone? I saw the lemon on the container and wondered if the cleaner is acidic? I read that diluted vinegar and lemon juice as well as other acidic cleaners will etch the surface of natural stone (like Granite), over time.

What do you use for laundry detergent? I've been trying to figure out what is safe to use. Was thinking of going back to using the homemade detergent with borax, washing soda, baking soda,and laundry soap bar but I don't have a way to check like you did with your cleaning supplies. Going back to just water, vinegar and a few drops of essential oils in amber spray bottles for cleaners.
Homeschool Mama of 12 Allie uses the Thieves laundry detergent from Young Living! I do, too... super concentrated, cleans great, and is non toxic! Also, can I say say, bless you for homeschooling those 12 kiddos! 💗💕

@@withloveyusra8079 no it doesn't. I've been told that, I just hate asking him to keep doing things. He works a fulltime nightshift job right now so it's not exactly easy for him either.
Kasey Corliss I just had my baby and while I was pregnant I didn’t expect my husband to do everything either. He works overnight (police officer) and then extra overtime some days. When he is home he does everything he can but it’s unfair for him to work 50 hour weeks AND clean the whole house. I actually enjoy cleaning because it keeps me busy.

Kami Lynn hi! I honestly just add in however many I want. I know I love the citrus oils and they aren’t overpowering so I add maybe 3-5 each? And then 2 lavender? it also depends on which diffuser. The aria (pretty glass one) is larger than the desert mist (pretty white one)

Kaitlyn Cobb that’s a propur she has on the counter ! Also, just empty your diffuser , wipe it out with a soft towel. Use a qtip to clean around the bottom center metal plate of your diffuser . You can use some hydrogen peroxide also to clean it .

Mary Coltrin the soap that stays in the dispenser keeps our sponges smelling so good! But we wash them in the dishwasher often to disinfect them!

Hey! I am trying to get into a better cleaning routine myself and was watching your video to see what your routine was like. I understand TH-cam isn't totally real because, duh you have a life but you are stating you are cleaning after dinner but I notice you started cleaning around 1 in the after noon and didn't leave the kitchen til after 4... was this maybe clean up from the night before?
