Madam during acl surgery mera peroneal nerve damage ho gya...abhi sab kuch movement ho Raha hai ..only big toe down ho kar rahta hai .. surgery ka 70 days hua hai ...Kya mam exercise aur stimulation Dene se strength AA payega kya???big toe ka niche wala movement and pressure bhi accha se ho Raha only upar wala nehi ho Raha hai....
Haan ji iske liye aap exercises kariye or sath me stimulation bhi le sakte hain.....physiotherapist ke supervision me. Ap ko khud se bhi exercise karni hain din me 3 se 4 ghante.
