  • During the top of the 7th inning in a game between the Pittsburgh Pirates and Washington Nationals, Drew Maggi would get his second batting opportunity in MLB. Drew would have a nice at-bat and hit the third base runner home e via a single to center field. In the 9th inning Maggi would hit a sharp line drive left of the 3rd baseman for a stand up double. Congratulations to Drew Maggi.

Italian guy. Fits right in with the Pittsburgh Pirates lol (Pennsylvania). He'll probably play next year with the Philadelphia Phillies, NY Mets, NY Yankees, Cincy Reds, Cleveland Indians, or Boston Red Sox as a part time utility player. lol. NY, Pennsyvlnia, Ohio, New England (including Massachusettes) tons of Italians in the US Northeast. He's got a good swing.
