    That was great! When I was in high school, we would do this all the time in the mental health program I was in. Sometimes, I got to do it in college. Same with the psych ward stays. At this one partial hospitalization program I was in, we started our day with them and ended our day with them. I haven't done one in a good two years. Thank you so much! Now, I got to find a horse one.

    I enjoy listening to "white noise" at bed time. Usually rainy/stormy weather, but beach and river are good too. This is excellent though. Your voice is excellent for this relaxation exercise. Thank you for this gift.
