The 21.5” SWIT FM-215HDR is a 1080p Quad-LED panel monitor with a max. brightness of 1000 nits. This means it’s bright enough for most outdoor shoots even in sunny weather conditions. Since the device is aimed at broadcasting und professional video production it primarily features SDI ports to connect external video feeds from cameras or mixers. As you can see there is one 12G SDI input and one 12G SDI output located on the backside as well as four 3G SDI ports. Additionally, the unit features one HDMI 2.0 input that supports up to 60p in 4K and Ultra HD, which is ideal for us since we often use cameras that only have HDMI outputs. It also features a V-mount battery plate to be able to power it on-location where power sockets aren’t available.

Vertical crop is a life saver 4 sure I use it all the time on smaller screens but to have it as an option on a bigger one is fantastic. Got to love companies that actually pay attention to what users need and want..
