Supreme Court On Kolkata Case | CJI Chandrachud 'Shocked' By CBI’s Disclosure On Kolkata Murder Case

The Supreme Court on September 17, while hearing the Suo Motu case over the RG Kar Hospital rape-murder, observed that revelations in the status report filed by the Central Bureau of Investigation were "disturbing."
However, the Court refused to divulge the details furnished by the CBI, saying that disclosures might hamper the investigation.
“What the CBI has revealed in the report is worse, really disturbing…What you are flagging is of utmost concern, we ourselves are concerned, CBI has flagged it for us..we are ourselves disturbed by what we have read…” CJI said.

Can't the SC give a comment on the superfluous money spent or liable to spend on costly space missions that are already been undertaken by G5 or G7 countries and to use the humongous amounts of money to upgrade all the hospitals at par with airports. If the SC has this iota of sense to visualise then the country can attain world class medical standards that can be cynosure of all the nations. Very baffling.

Who made him CJI ? D Y Chandrachur seems to be not qualified enough to be chief justice of India. How he is selected I think somebody needs to investigate his selection process. Based on the useless argument and discussion and arrogant nature I doubt what will happen to the justice system in India.
